Best Tile Floor Installation in Phoenix AZ

I had Gary do a few small items for me. Install doggie door, move exterior outlet, install a ceiling box for fan and replace a recessed light.
Gary was quick with scheduling.  Completed the work in perfect form and was very fair in his pricing.  It took him about 4 hours to complete all the items. It was very clear he was experienced and completed the work like it was a routine activity for him.   We will use him in the future.

Look no further. Luis is skilled, competent, dependable and amiable. Completed a difficult job very nicely in less time than I had anticipated. He is honest and his rates are very fair. I'd give him ten stars if I could. Will definitely be calling him again.

I reside in Phoenix and there are several different jobs that I have hired Garcia's Handyman such as changing out my security doors, placing new gutters and am very satisfied with his work.  He recently painted my house and was extremely thorough.   I love the way it turned out and will be hiring him again in the future.

Great service all around, answered the phone professionally and with energy! Scheduled the appointment and he was ON TIME a very rare thing with a lot of guys! He quoted me a price and it took him a little longer and didn't charge me extra (The tip was well deserved) He really seems to have attention to detail when it comes to everything and cleans up very well after himself. I have sent his number out to several of my co workers already because I know there will come a time that he will be needed for them! Highly recommend him for anything!

Great work and always kept in communication with me. We had some conflicts in timing but because he kept in constant contact we made it work. I had to have my subfloors in my bathroom repaired and he gave me a fair price and even went above and beyond in waterproofing the section. Highly recommended!

John helped me with fixing my bed slats on our king bed. He was very responsive and professional, and did a great job and his price was fair. I would definitely use him again for any jobs that I had.

What can I say? Marty was prompt, professional, and friendly. He repaired some tile in my bathroom that was coming off the wall. Looked good as new when he was done and even matched the grout perfectly. You couldn't event tell it was repaired!
He also installed a kitchen faucet and shut off valves for me. One valve had a very small drip after the install and he came back out the same day I called him and fixed it in about 5 minutes. I would definitely use him again and would highly recommend his services. He really knows his stuff!

Great service from a retired Fireman and Sheriff's Department. They were quick, efficient, and quoted a very fair price on a broken down closet that looked to be a hazard.

I had new tenants move into my rental home in Peoria and they noticed some lifting of the floor planks in the dining room. I sent a request out to Angie's List and they referred me to Chris! He met with my  tenant and was very professional, and did an awesome job. The floor looks like new and the work was done so quickly. Chris did a great job and I would recommend him to anyone looking to have hard wood flooring repaired. There are not that many contractors that do that in this area I discovered. Elvis and his teammate Maise were great! I had several bids for my time sensitive project and they were by far the best. They scheduled a next day time with me, showed up on time and estimated the work quickly. The completed workmanship was excellent. They came after hours as I needed my bathroom done quickly before I left to travel. In addition to completing the work they had bid on, they saw a few other quick fixes that would complete my project. They completed those few small things and did not add anything to their final bill.
I own several rental properties and have remodeled all of them, of all the contractors that I have worked with over the years, Dream Builder is one of the best!

My coworker recommended Nate's services to replace a door I had to break (latching was broken). He came to the house, he was prompt, very professional and very respectful. My wife was home alone with our baby, and she raved how comfortable she felt with him working there. He ended up hanging two doors for. John was going through a lot and had to reschedule. I understand life happens and I am totally sympathetic to his situation. I am completely questioning my decision to utilize his services. He was super nice and prompt and kept great communication. I didn't know drywall was going to be an issue. All work has to now be redone and more money spent with a different individual. He was supposed to contact me a "few days" after he finished this project to quote price on replacing a door frame. Not going to continue to wait for that communication. Much more money than I anticipated to have this job done twice.

Can't say enough good things about this company.  The guy showed up on time, did all of the work in a hour and everything was fixed.  It's so hard to find a reliable handyman these days, will be using them for future projects.
