I needed a handyman to help get our new house move in ready while my husband was out of town. Gary came on time and worked hard until the job was done. He installed 4 ceiling fans, a dog door, a toilet, and new shower head. He noticed my electric box was finicky and offered to pick one up next time he was in the area. I'd definitely call him back for more projects!

I hired AZ Maintenance Service for some drywall work and couldn't have been more satisfied. The job was an insurance claim so I couldn't commit to the job until the quote was accepted by the insurance adjuster which exceeded the 30-day period of the quote, but they still honored the original quote. Patrick was the contractor who did the job and he is an artist with drywall. Very professional, very skilled, and very considerate. I had to stop him from cleaning up a mess left by my kids. The experience and communication was exceptional and I have been referring them to anyone who has asked me for any handyman job. You can't go wrong with them.

He's the real deal. I've been looking for a simple next door neighbor type handy man and he's your guy. Friendly, helpful and smart. I will be using him in the future. Thanks again!

Michael, the owner, is FANTASTIC!  I needed an outside hose bib replaced.  We made an appointment and established a basic price.  I emailed him that since he was going to be here anyway I might also have him replace the other hose bib since it was the same age as the problem hose bib.  The price of doing the two was a bit more than my budget - thanks to the Obamaconomy - could handle so I emailed him we would only be doing the one.  The day of the appointment he texted me to say he was on his way.  When he got here he looked at the hose bib and went to Home Depot to get the correct parts to fix the problem bib.  When he returned from Home Depot he came with the parts to fix BOTH hose bibs and only charged me for the parts on the second hose bib even though he fixed both of them.  He went the extra mile and I appreciate that.

He completed all my requested items, and did an excellent job! He replaced a backyard water faucet, and security light. He also removed the cracked and broken caulking in my tub, and re-caulked it.

While he was replacing my security light, he noticed something not on my list, and told me that he could easily fix it. It was the latch on my RV gate that was really hard to open. It had been getting progressively worse, and now it works better than it did when I bought my home 1.5 years ago!

I found Dan to be professional, respectful, and very affordable. I will definitely use him from now on!

We had to have the drain system in our home replaced due to breakage (it was cast iron). We understood from the onset that it would require ripping out our bathroom. We hired a plumbing company to jackhammer the slab and take care of it. But we still needed to have our bathroom put back. Enter Vlad. From the onset it was not a small job, as you can see from the photos. Vlad was undaunted and let us know exactly what he could do for us. He made suggestions and recommendations that helped us pick out our new materials. Older homes like ours can always pose challenges and that was definitely the case here. But Vlad worked diligently until everything was completed. We couldn't be happier with our new bathroom! We would absolutely hire Vlad again for any of our contractor needs!

Our toilets clogged in the middle of the night in both bathrooms due to a plug up from a pile up of non solubles wipes causing back flow into the showers and tubs. So we were super desperate to get an honest affordable plumber in to resolve the issue ASAP ! Not only was Slade's plumbing  immediately responsive they also were willing to drive up and service us that night! I would highly highly recommend this honest business above all others that not only wanted me to wait for a couple days for the next available appointment but then to try and charge me an arm and a leg for what this company did immediately at more than half the price! I contacted the Fix it Floyd firm to repair all the things found wrong during my home inspection.  I met Brian the owner on a Friday on the first day in the new house and did a walk through to come up with solutions.  On Saturday, two smoke detectors started beeping when the batteries went low.  With no ladder and no way to get one I called Brian and he was nice enough to come out and take care of the batteries.  That kind of customer service was evidenced during the repair process that they did on a fixed price and timely basis.  Work was done well and all subsequent repairs have been timely.  Its great to have access to someone you can trust and can fix just about anything in a house.

I want to share a big THANK YOU to Jeff for fixing my sliding door! Since I moved in a few months ago, it continued to get worse to the point it wouldn't lock or even close all the way. He was very responsive, came out ASAP, and finished very timely. I have plenty of other house projects on my list for 2022 and will definitely be calling Jeff to help.

CAUTION!  if you are expecting  QUALITY WORKMANSHIP...look elsewhere  Quick response time, pleasant to do business with, however, sorry to say skill level for something as basic as installing laminate flooring is not acceptable
