Hugo showed up wearing a mask and ready to tackle my three repair projects: outside hose fixture, ceiling drywall and a leaky toilet. He was very knowledgeable and thorough and took his time to do a good job. Overall, I was very impressed with the professionalism of Hugo and Response Crew. They were quick to respond and Adam, the owner, followed up on a number of occasions to make sure everything was going okay. All in all, very pleased with our first experience with Response Crew. We will use them again in the future.

Great service. I needed a few odd jobs taken care of quickly to put my office/guest room back together. Michelle came out the day I reached out to review my list, and I had a quote an hour later. She finished the work over two days, and I couldn't be happier. She painted and caulked my baseboards, filled in and painted a few holes in the wall, installed a ceiling fan, built a giant piece of IKEA furniture, and hung floating shelves (a lot of them). She was friendly, patient with my inquisitive child, and communicative.

Bottom line: I would (and will!) hire her again for any project she's willing to tackle in our home.

I bought new coach lights for my newly painted house but had to leave town on a family emergency before I could install them prior to a Memorial Day party. At first I posted the job on Yelp under "Electricians" and got quotes of several hundreds of dollars weeks in the future. Then I posted it under "Handyman" and got a number of replies. Mark was at my house in less than 24 hours (on a Saturday) and installed both lights for under $100. I didn't feel this was fair to him so I rounded up. I'm a realtor, so I saved Mark's info in my phone for the next time a client needs a BINSR rescue (the list of repairs buyers deliver to a seller in lieu of cancelling the contract). Mark handles many kinds of home repairs and installations. Highly recommend.

I had a number of tedious drywall and stucco repairs to complete, both inside the home and externally - and Scott was awesome!  He responded quickly, came out with short notice, and repaired everything at a reasonable price.  He's professional, hard-working and a genuinely nice person - a hard combination to find these days.  Kudos to Scott and AMS Handyman Services for delivering above and beyond my expectations. We needed an emergency service when our original professional was in a car accident. On less than 24 hours notice, Dave was here, ready to go. The work was quick and good quality. I highly recommend Phil and his team. They were very responsive and professional. They wore masks the whole time which was greatly appreciated with an at risk person in the house. On top of all the professionalism Phil charges a fair fair rate. We live in the Westbrook area of Peoria. We had a couple ceiling fans and a new bathroom light installed. The rates were awesome and a great trade off while having this done while still working. I would always recommend Phil and his team. I look forward to working with them again soon.

Robert helped with replacing a broken door, frame and jamb for our storage. He was transparent and kept up with communications before the project started and was prompted in getting work done. He performed quality work. His rate was straight forward, and went the extra mile to go to the store to pick up any supplies he needed with no extra charge, he even made multiple trips because a few things came up as the project was being worked that we didn't anticipate. He will even drive you to the store to help you pick out your supplies, or you can tell him his preferences and he'll pick them up and give you a receipt for reimbursement after.

I talked to a few different handyman/contractor on Yelp before going with Toolman Taylor, simply because he seem to be more personable instead of just someone sending out generic responses to your questions.

Highly recommended and I would use him again for other projects in the future.

The job was done quickly and payment was done in an easy online payment method.
Once the job is scheduled, I received an email stating when the job is scheduled. The job was done exactly when the job was scheduled and sent me a picture of the completed job.

Contacted Mark about needing work done on cabinet doors for built-in bookshelves. He responded same day and the work was completed quickly (within a week) and exceeded our expectations. Did an outstanding job of making the doors match existing unit and went extra mile to do some caulking around the unit. Everything was quick, neat and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

We had to have the drain system in our home replaced due to breakage (it was cast iron). We understood from the onset that it would require ripping out our bathroom. We hired a plumbing company to jackhammer the slab and take care of it. But we still needed to have our bathroom put back. Enter Vlad. From the onset it was not a small job, as you can see from the photos. Vlad was undaunted and let us know exactly what he could do for us. He made suggestions and recommendations that helped us pick out our new materials. Older homes like ours can always pose challenges and that was definitely the case here. But Vlad worked diligently until everything was completed. We couldn't be happier with our new bathroom! We would absolutely hire Vlad again for any of our contractor needs!

I had a unique, time-sensitive, and potentially complex repair that needed to be done in my kitchen. Kurt responded quickly when I reached out for help, took the time to ask for pictures and communicate about the issue before he came to the house, and then was able to come out as soon as needed and quickly fix the problem. Since moving to Fountain Hills it's been a challenge to get service companies to come out to this part of town. I had placed a quote request on Yelp to about 3-4 handyman companies but found that nobody services this part of town.

So on FB I asked for a recommendation and got Chad's names within minutes of posting.

Since the ceilings in my house are 15-20 feet high I had to find a handyman that could change out the smoke alarm batteries and air conditioner filters that had to be replaced. Our ladder that we had didn't reach that high making it very difficult for us to do it ourselves.

I called Chad Saturday morning expecting to have to book an appointment later in the week but totally lucked out because Chad was in the neighborhood and available.

Chad popped on over, took care of 5 filters to be replaced and our smoke alarm and was done in less then 30 minutes.

Chad has a friendly personality, is knowledgeable, very professional and most of all quick.
