Best Cabinet Assembly in Phoenix AZ

Being a GC-KB2 myself who travels coast to coast I found myself in a position that I needed someone reliable who could work around my schedule while I was out of town.  Response Crew to the rescue!  I was in the middle of  purchasing a town home and had to have the work completed prior to closing.  They were easy to work with, very efficient,  the scope of work matched the repairs requested.  Would recommend them for any work you need done around the home or office.  I'm picky and have high expectations not to mention I am in the trade. Chris of Hammertime Handyman is amazing. Full stop. I called him on a Saturday afternoon to help my renter out and he was available to come out the same day!

He is honest, efficient, and best of all a great communicator. While he wasn't able to address our specific situation he let us know what would need to be done and who we should contact. I would not hesitate to ask him to come out again for future issues.

We were really impressed with Mark's knowledge and professionalism. He checked in with us one week before the appointment and then confirmed again the morning of. He provided a lot of helpful information about how to complete a tricky project. He is honest and trustworthy and his prices are reasonable. If you need a handyman Scott is it. He responded back to me in a very high fashion. He came on time. And literally went to work. Worked very fast, very precise and was worth every bit of money he charged me. He was very careful with my glass and rest of the equipment and walked me through how to put the system hopefully in my garage. Scott will be back to do more projects as I am trying to do upgrades to the house I was just blessed with. I am very pleased and thank you Scott I'll see you soon.

Without question, the speed of communication was 5 out of 5.  Disappointment came when we confirmed the appointment time and scope of work with our address / complicated driving directions.  Our appointment was no longer scheduled...  Previously, after our confirmation of "YES" we want that time, Jeremy replied that he would obviously need our address. On the day before our appointment we sent the remaining details.  Jeremy replied, within an hour, that he had already given that time slot to another job request because we failed to give our address right away.  Make sure you confirm, and confirm again so you don't have this issue.    

Jeremy has really good Yelp reviews and we were encouraged when his response time was so good that we could funnel him a nice flow of jobs.  Had we realized that by not giving our address as the "missing detail" for confirmation we could have corrected any misunderstanding.  Just be sure that if you think you have a confirmed appointment, that you actually do.

Our bid was reasonable for lighting installation of $80 per with no need to move electrical.  Our handyman needs were based on a ceiling height issue.  We had 3 pendant chandelier lights to install and could only reach 2 with our existing ladder.  Because we thought, in error, that we had an appointment and wanted the work done before guests came for Thanksgiving, time was of the essence.  We simply purchased a bigger ladder and saved ourselves $45 at the end of the day.

Owner is rude and aggressive. He does not respect his customers. Do not use their home repair services.

We have one of those trash cabinets that slide in and out on 18" rails. He seemed like he was in a hurry then said it was the bearings when they were working fine before. He added a little ledge to store trash bags, which was nice, but the trash does not slide in and out and what the problem is he reassembled the box off center. My kids and mom can even open it. I assumed I was paying some $200 to fix my trash and not make excuse and bail when the job isn't done. You can clearly hear wood rubbing, not railing.

We received his services as part of an Amazon.com purchase for our dining room table to be assembled. He was extremely accommodating and prompt. He was friendly, professional and did a great job with our table. We are already planning on using him to setup the swing-set we will purchase in a few months!

We had to have the drain system in our home replaced due to breakage (it was cast iron). We understood from the onset that it would require ripping out our bathroom. We hired a plumbing company to jackhammer the slab and take care of it. But we still needed to have our bathroom put back. Enter Vlad. From the onset it was not a small job, as you can see from the photos. Vlad was undaunted and let us know exactly what he could do for us. He made suggestions and recommendations that helped us pick out our new materials. Older homes like ours can always pose challenges and that was definitely the case here. But Vlad worked diligently until everything was completed. We couldn't be happier with our new bathroom! We would absolutely hire Vlad again for any of our contractor needs!

I was referred to Eddie from another Realtor friend (I'm a Realtor). My regular handyman wasn't available. Eddie was able to accommodate the work I needed for a client. He was very responsive, prices were very fair and he did great work. He went above and beyond and even came back and fixed something I had forgot to ask him with the original list! I couldn't be happier and will definitely use him again!! I would highly recommend Eddie for any of your handyman needs. He kept me updated through the process and electronic payment was easy and fast. He even sent me photos! Very very pleased!!

I recently bought a new place that had a variety of smaller issues that needed to be fixed before it felt totally livable.  Clayton was able to help fix all of them- he was able to fix the track on a broken sliding door, tightened some of the plumbing features, and checked that everything in the bathroom was water tight. I highly recommend Clayton and his services!

Stan did a great job on about 7 different repairs I needed including leveling & caulking a tub that had detached, replacing toilet shut off valve, re-caulk my windows, reinstall a floor transition, replace spring loaded hinges, and replace a drain pipe. Then on a second job he was able to complete  an exterior stem wall repair and paint while I was out of town. All tasks showed good workmanship and he's clearly detail oriented.​

I haven't dealt with them personally but I'm cleaning up a job that they totally screwed up for a client of mine. I was unable to do the job and he was looking to get it done in a speedy fashion so he called silverback. In the end I'm redoing it all.
