Sergio's crew did a great job!! I needed them quickly after I had some tenants move out and they were able to accommodate my schedule and did a fantastic job on cleaning up our backyard and even exceeded my expectations. We worked with Ted Ferris to design and install our landscaping in the front and back of our home in April of 2022. We live in an HOA community, therefore we have some semi-strict rules that needed to be followed, and Ted and crew were more than happy to accommodate.  

You can tell that Ted is super passionate about his job, which made me feel at ease, that I wasn't just being sold some product mix to increase sales. I felt that Ted genuinely cared that Yavapai Landscaping understood our vision for our yard front and back, and after some design change edits, we ultimately decided to go with Yavapai.  

Ted's installation crew was extremely professional and cared very much about making sure I was happy with the work they were doing throughout the process. Im very pleased with the end result of this landscape install. If I have to install new landscaping again the future, the first call Im going to make is to Ted.  

Lastly (and probably most importantly), I felt the cost was extremely competitive, especially compared to some of the quotes we got from other installers.
