We needed some damaged roof tiles replaced, and Stan did a great job. Just from a picture, he noticed two other tiles that were damaged which I hadn't even noticed before then. Keen eye for detail, which I really liked. Very reasonable, thoughtful, and patient with all my questions.

I have used The Scottsdale Handyman for years. When I used to own rental properties all I did was call Eddie & give him the info about the particular problem &  the contact info on a tenant & Eddie would take it from there. The work was done in a timely manner & never had a complaint about his lack of professionalism or his manners. From installing a water heater to hanging pictures. Had them do a tear off and re-shingle of my house with a leaking roof. Super responsive and very good at communicating. Out the next day for a quote and from down payment to done roof in a week. Dominick the owner takes his time to listen to concerns and explain things in understandable way. The work crew is awesome. Timely, courteous and hard working. Highly recommended them and they are now my go to company for any construction/contractor needs.

Awesome, incredibly hard working guys. Could not recommend enough.  We hired them to paint our house to get it ready to sell and they did an amazing job. Every room looks immaculate, the huge drywall repair they did  looks like it was never there, they definitely went above and beyond and were more than happy to do it. If your house painted, look no further.

Our bathroom was so outdated , we hated using it. Bruce came along and transformed our bath to a resort like bathroom we now love! Thank you so much for such a professional job and attention to detail. We couldn't have done it without you!

I am so happy with my experience with Prestige Building!! As a single woman the little jobs really started to add up around my aging home. I was appalled by some of the bids I got from other companies and was disgusted by the lack of manners exhibited by men I spoke to. I had almost given up until a friend recommended Terry from Prestige. He was AMAZING and so reasonably priced. In one weekend I got all of my odds and ends handled and am getting pavers put in all for less than other bids for 1/4 of the work. Terry was honest and saved me some cash where he could and best of all, he wasn't a creep! I strongly recommend!

With another monster storm about to hit us, I reached for a consultation and Geremy drove an hour and a half out of his way on his own time to look at what was going on. We engaged Vetsbuilt after a disastrous few months with an unlicensed contractor who took a lot of money from us and did very little in return. We called DJ, who promptly came round, assessed what needed to be done, and got his crews to work. In addition to managing his workload, he also went out of his way to recover some marble that had been 'lost' by the previous contractor. At all stages of the process we were kept informed, and everything was clearly laid out in contracts and change orders. What started as a relatively small project took on a whole new scope once we saw how well DJ managed the crews and got the work done. In short we are very happy with the service provided by Vetsbuilt and would not hesitate to recommend them. In the minefield of hiring contractors, I speak from experience in saying that Vetsbuilt are honest, forthright and do excellent work.

Great job! Dynamite completed a large patio build for us. We were very pleased with the end result. We had some hiccups along the way but they were very pleasant and responsive, quickly adjusting as needed. Great sub crews too. Thank you for all the hard work and we are happily enjoying summer evenings on the new patio!

My wife and I recently moved into a new home that was looking pretty rough on the outside. We set up a walkthrough with Global Elite Builders to look into painting the interior and exterior. They gave us a fantastic quote,  we were ready to book, and then they took it upon themselves to find dangerous problems with our home's electrical wiring. We booked immediately.
Our paint job had difficult time frames and they had to work around a plumber, and they did so with zero issue. They fixed all the dangerous problems with our home and did a fantastic, quick paint job for a great price.
Now, whenever we want to make significant changes to the home we will call Global Elite.

After several tries at scheduling, the rep came out to look at my master bath remodeling project. She promised to get back with an estimate but never did. Even after several messages between me and the owner, I never got a response. It would have been courteous to at least let me know they didn't want to bid the job.

I have done my homework checking out tile installers. Darren was very straight forward, honest and reliable. He did not ask for payment upfront. I was looking to install about 900 SF. of tile. Darren came over, gave me an estimate and we scheduled for about a month out so i could remove the old carpet and tile. He arrived as scheduled. We set aside 5 days to get it completed, it was done in 4. The whole time he was professional, took great care in setup, even worked around a few pieces of furniture we had no place to move.To address the few reviews that commented on no answer or delayed call back, Darren is working to complete the job, on his knee's doing layout, placement, cutting and grouting. Cut him a break, I did. I expected immediate response, when I did not receive it, I was impatient. I spoke to him about it, he was very concerned and we moved forward. His priority is getting your job done.After seeing him work, and the finished product, I'm very happy he did the job. We will be calling to do kitchen back splash, and bathrooms.Thanks again. BEWARE: I hired David with Mohave Leveling to level an addition on my mobile home and add additional supports underneath. He requested a deposit of 20% for materials which is always a risk but I proceeded and sent the deposit. Once he received  the deposit He immediately disappeared, would not respond to countless calls and texts. At the time of this review he has still not responded or made it right, if he does I will edit this review
