Jesus from JYK Construction did the job of removing loose, water damaged stucco from the street side of my garden wall, redid the stucco and repainted.
He was easy to communicate with in English, came promptly to view the job and gave me the estimate within a day. He was easier to work with than other, bigger companies.
Their estimate was reasonable and they offered a warranty so I gave them the job. They came exactly when stated, Jesus and his helper worked hard and did a good job.
I can recommend them. They are a very small company but they do competent work.

They came and brought this old home back to life and it looks beautiful more than it ever has. They are also painting my interior and are very meticulous, clean and perfectionist. We recently moved into our new Toll Brothers home and had a challenging time looking for a good contractor that will design my entertainment wall at a reasonable and fair price.  With the recent challenges we all face with contractors taking advantage of price spikes, and long wait time for a project to begin, Canterra Construction beat the competitor's reliability and price!  Initially, I contracted for an entertainment wall design with them.  Cathy took it to a personal level in designing my wall and brought samples of stones and tiles.  She factored in my interior designs, colors, and furniture to select the best.  And wow, my husband and I are so amazed with the professionalism, reliability, designs, and the material used for our wall that it became one of the wow factors of my home!  Because of this company's professionalism and awesome work, I continued to contract them for my back and front yard.  Again, Cathy understood our goal.  She uniquely put together another great design at an affordable price.  Next contract is for accent walls and designs for all my rooms.  I am excited for this project. Got a new roof with this so call roof company by them coming around and offering their services by using our insurance claim.  They installed the new roof in July 2022 and of course no rain but come the rains in October, we notice water coming through the ceiling.  I contacted their office and they were so extremely rude and kept giving me excuses on why it's not their problem.  It's definitely their problem because we never had a leak not even on the old roof.  But now we have a leak on the roof.  Anyways I have tried to contact them and they are just hard to work with.  They are super friendly till they get their money and then their true colors do come out.  Now we just had more rain in December 2022 on now we noticed other locations that are leaking.  The work looks very mediocre for sure.  I would suggest for anyone to stay away from this company and get a more reputable company that stands by their work.  My email is      [email protected]
