I had some water damage and needed a wall insulated and drywalled. I was happy to find Greg Kerr who was prompt, polite and very professional. He not only did my drywall, he also fixed the leak in my roof and took out the carpet for me. And his price was great!

Greg will be my go-to handyman from now on. It's great to find someone who is trustworthy and reasonable. Hire him, you will be happy you did!

Russ is amazing!  He is timely, friendly and efficient.   He took the time to understand the many tasks I needed completed and then silently went about his work.   When he was finished we walked the projects and everything was GREAT!  

This man is even smart enough to find you assistance if there is something he doesn't do!

I've been using Desert Skies Handyman Services for years from painting my house,  tile work,  deck resurfacing and building of a pergola. I've recommended Cole and Karson to friends and family.

We thought we needed 2 doors re-hung which can be very costly $$$$$ and from $200 to $400 each.  Instead he saved us a bundle and re-adjusted the doors for us.  Many other contractors could have taken advantage of us to make more money and we would have never known it was possible to re-adjust both doors.  **Honest**

He did a great job and we have already asked for a quote on more work we would like done here at our home.  

1)  His price was completely decent for the work done plus not too many GOOD contractors come all the way down here to south San Tan Valley.  
2)  He was on time (early) and he was thorough and quick.    
3)  Hard to find someone like this in San Tan Valley who does such fantastic work !!!
4)  The doors are PERFECT.

Today I had another grab-bar installed in my home (shower).  I want to share the experience so those needing adaptive equipment installed in their home, they will have a great referral.  I used GrabBars Etc.  The installer is named, Terry Gesell.  He has been installing adaptive equipment for 26+ years in homes, nursing homes, rehab facilities etc.  Mr. Gesell has a masters degree in Assistive Technology and is a Certified and licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant.  He not only did an outstanding job, but he has a wealth of information about adaptive equipment and can install any that a person is wanting or needing.  I am a retired RN and for the last 30 years of my career a large number of the patients I cared for were geriatric patients.  I was very impressed with Terry Gesell and highly recommend him.  Mr. Gesell phone number is: 602-843-8007.  He does reside in the West Valley.  He serves the greater Metro Phoenix area, as well as Northern Arizona.  He is licensed, insured and bonded and he is with the AZ Registrar of Contractors: ROC337404.  I have not been asked to write this review.  I just believe in sharing information when I have a great experience.

This is a great woodworking club with friendly, helpful and knowledgeable members.  On the day I signed up, I was given the materials & instructions needed and left less than 4 hours later with a beautiful pen.  I turned the wood blank on the lathe, sanded, finished and inserted the pen parts with confidence.  I appreciate Doug taking time out to give a newbie the pen parts and instructions I needed.  This is truly a club with caring members that enjoy helping others.

Finally... after a year in the making, we searched and found Josh, the right builder, to redo our mid century ranch carport in Cave Creek. We have a brand new pine tongue and grove ceiling and redwood gable ends. We stained over 100 (12' ) boards on our own before installation. We are very happy with the results, and the attention to detail. I would recommend Josh!

I called Erik to have multiple things done around my house.  Services include popcorn removal, vanity replacements, painting and kitchen work.  I was very pleased with his work and will continue to use him as I need more things done.  I would recommend Handyman Alliance to anyone in need of work done around the house! We were especially pleased with A1 Contracting!  We have known a long time we wanted and needed our exterior home painted.   It was an eyesore.   But as life goes-- you set your priorities.   It was just by luck that Joe and his Grandfather Tom were in our neighborhood advertising their business.  They were friendly, professional, honest and convinced me they would provide excellent work.  They did not disappoint!  Our home  and my husband's shop look awesome!   The price was very fair and no payment due til the work is completed and you are satisfied.  Not to mention their work is guaranteed.  We couldn't be happier with the results and highly recommend this business for all your painting needs.

Had them make a contemporary farmhouse style dining table and bench. Handmade locally in Queen Creek. Listened to our needs and wants and worked to make it happen. Table looks great and already getting lots of compliments. They are pretty busy (that's a good thing!) so get your order in early to allow for wait time. Tiana and Glen stole $18950.00 of my money as a deposit on a large cabinet order for a new build of my home. they stalled and stalled and in the end would not produce the cabinets or a refund of my money. Cannot trust them to give you what you payed for. please contact the ROC regarding their reputation and they are not licensed contractors.

Do not hire Joseph and Artisan Carpentry for any work. I did not do my homework on checking him out first and now I am paying the price. I hired him to do epoxy countertops and gave him a deposit for materials. He gave me a date that he would begin the work and finish it. He cancelled multiple times and then said that he would return my deposit. He only gave me a potion back and has not returned the rest. After reading other reviews I am thankful that he did not start my job and mess up my whole house. My heart goes out to those who have had to redo his poor craftsmanship.

He is a shame to the tradesmen who do good work. He is a liar and does not follow through with his promises. Beware and please do your homework before he gets your money. I am now forced to take further action to try and recover my loss. Warning! Avoid him.
