Joel and his team absolutely blew away all of our expectations! We had AZ Studs knock down walls, enclose our patio, add even more square footage, and that was just the first time we used them for a job. I also have to add that he came in at much more affordable than the other two quotes we received, and I would be willing to bet the workmanship was better than anyone else could have done! Since then I have called Joel for numerous handy man tasks, and he has come through for me on all of them. If you have a big job or a little job, Call AZ Studs!

Very nice owner. I had broken roof tiles fixed, home side slab concrete patched in a few places, and roof leak sealed. Quality work and efficient with time. Prompt, honest, and respectful. Reasonable with pricing and good communication. Recommended and will use in the future.

Dale recently installed several fans, a doggy door, new outlets, light fixtures, covered an old brick fireplace with drywall, mounted a Tv, and made us a beautiful mantel which he also installed. We could not be more happy with all the work he has done. Dale is very knowledgeable, fairly priced, and does great work. We will definitely be using Dale for for all our home improvements and repairs! So happy we found him! Best handyman hands down, great guy!

I recently purchased a new home and had ideas on how I wanted to make it my own. I reached out to Benten Construction and he helped me achieve my vision. I am so happy in my sanctuary and couldn't have asked for a better team to help me. I am definitely a picky person, so I know I wasn't the easiest client to handle, but he put up with my indecisiveness. I had been told that my project was simply not possible! I was turned down time after time. The case being to add wood to marble to create a step line for people to see there was a step down. Until, I met with Armando from Gimel Construction a licensed and ,bonded and insured co. He was my 5th contractor to see and evaluate the project , he said he could do it...and at a very reasonable price. Armando ( the owner ) did as he said. He cut the marble and wood to fit exactly as I had imagined it. He was very neat and clean and as a result ended up doing more projects in my home that had already been bid out,his price was  very reasonable. He was on time each day and left my home clean at the end of each day. Along chatting with him, I found out he was an engineer that fell in love with  construction work.
He is a perfectionist and his work shows it! Excellent results, reasonable price and making your dreams come true...what more can you ask for!

Scam City Scammer liar of the century.  I had a leak in roof and called All-Phase Home Improvement.  A guy shows up in a small late 1990's old clunker car.  No truck, no ladder, no tools nothing.  Looks at the roof says I know the problem.  Sets up to do the job only when you're not around.  So it's getting late and didn't hear from this guy.  8pm comes around I send a text.
MY RESPONSE: So how did the job go?  
HIS RESONCE. Ohh great not a big job at all and cheaper then I thought.
MY RESPONSE:  OK good so lemme see the work.  I need to see some pictures before and after.
HIS RESONCE:  I didn't take any.
MY RESPONSE:  So how do I know if you did the job good or did the job at all?
HIS RESONCE:  I have 30 years experience with satisfied customers.
MY RESPONSE:  I don't care how many years you have when you do a job, you keep in touch with the owner and explain in great detail what you've done.  I don't know you and not paying anything until I see the work.
HIS RESONCE:  You're a scam artist.
MY RESPONSE:  I'm a scam artist?  I'm getting another quote.  And when the guy goes on the roof I'm going to see of you did anything. Then I said look I'll pay you, just give me your ROC license number so I feel like I'm dealing with a legit roofing company.
HIS RESONCE:  Silence
If you hire this guy you will be scammed.  No work will be done.  I never told him I was a house flipper with 35 years experience.  So I slammed him and called him out on his lies.  He was so mad and embarrassed.  Call the police if this guy comes to your home have him arrested for fraud.
