Joel and his son came to the rescue! We moved in to our new home in January and while I'm in love with pretty much everything about it, the uneven roof lining along the peak of our house had bothered me since day 1. The seller denied fixing it in our inspection period, so it was on my *lengthy* list of move-in to-dos.

I found AZ Studs, Carpentry, and Remodeling on Yelp and gave them a call! Joel called me back within an hour, willing to come over and take a look that day. Now friends, this is a very minor job compared to their full remodels but he was willing to help put my type A mind at ease. He installed a wooden piece along the base of the peak to make it nice and straight. Yayyyy!! I'm so happy. It has literally bothered me every day since move-in ( I AM CRAZY) and I'm so grateful that he was willing to take the time out of his *very busy* schedule to do this super tiny, 45 minute job for me.

I will definitely be calling Joel and his son (love the father/son team) back when we do future projects on our home. Can't thank them enough!

After communicating Chris from Mr PhxIt returned today 9/6 as we scheduled!  Chris replaced the newly fallen roof tile.  He did reglue pigeon spikes (these were the 2 main concerns of mine).  Additionally, Chris did glue an entire extra row of spikes (not there initially) to keep the birds from roosting at the entry door.  All in all, Chris PhxIt did my roof repairs, tune up, and return visit for a successful job.  Thanks, Chris.

Dale was great. He tore out the existing adobe style fireplace surround and replaced it with a gorgeous knotty alder mantle. Wow!  Beautiful craftsmanship. He also added a door between the master bedroom and bath. I love my door!  He was efficient, communicative and very fair prices. We will definitely use his services again. Thank you Dale!

I am definitely a picky person, so I know I wasn't the easiest client to handle, but he put up with my indecisiveness. I had been told that my project was simply not possible! I was turned down time after time. The case being to add wood to marble to create a step line for people to see there was a step down. Until, I met with Armando from Gimel Construction a licensed and ,bonded and insured co. He was my 5th contractor to see and evaluate the project , he said he could do it...and at a very reasonable price. Armando ( the owner ) did as he said. He cut the marble and wood to fit exactly as I had imagined it. He was very neat and clean and as a result ended up doing more projects in my home that had already been bid out,his price was  very reasonable. He was on time each day and left my home clean at the end of each day. Along chatting with him, I found out he was an engineer that fell in love with  construction work.
He is a perfectionist and his work shows it! Excellent results, reasonable price and making your dreams come true...what more can you ask for!

Scam City Scammer liar of the century.  I had a leak in roof and called All-Phase Home Improvement.  A guy shows up in a small late 1990's old clunker car.  No truck, no ladder, no tools nothing.  Looks at the roof says I know the problem.  Sets up to do the job only when you're not around.  So it's getting late and didn't hear from this guy.  8pm comes around I send a text.
MY RESPONSE: So how did the job go?  
HIS RESONCE. Ohh great not a big job at all and cheaper then I thought.
MY RESPONSE:  OK good so lemme see the work.  I need to see some pictures before and after.
HIS RESONCE:  I didn't take any.
MY RESPONSE:  So how do I know if you did the job good or did the job at all?
HIS RESONCE:  I have 30 years experience with satisfied customers.
MY RESPONSE:  I don't care how many years you have when you do a job, you keep in touch with the owner and explain in great detail what you've done.  I don't know you and not paying anything until I see the work.
HIS RESONCE:  You're a scam artist.
MY RESPONSE:  I'm a scam artist?  I'm getting another quote.  And when the guy goes on the roof I'm going to see of you did anything. Then I said look I'll pay you, just give me your ROC license number so I feel like I'm dealing with a legit roofing company.
HIS RESONCE:  Silence
If you hire this guy you will be scammed.  No work will be done.  I never told him I was a house flipper with 35 years experience.  So I slammed him and called him out on his lies.  He was so mad and embarrassed.  Call the police if this guy comes to your home have him arrested for fraud.
