Mike was extremely professional, very responsive, and exceeded my expectations! He quickly and thoroughly fixed all of the projects I needed help with around the house. We recently built a contemporary custom home. Unfortunately, our Builder switched out the original custom cabinet builders to put more money in his pocket with some inexperienced cabinet builders.   At the end of the day we have to redo all of our cabinets. We heard about Wonders of Wood from a friend that recently had their kitchen remodeled. Their kitchen is  now gorgeous and it only took a very short time from start to finish. Graeme and Jeff are perfectionists and were able to complete the work in a couple of days. Our kitchen island looks incredible just the way we envisioned it originally, when we designed our home. I found this company based on reviews in a Facebook group and wow - they did not disappoint! Our consultation was me saying I really need some sort of door to close off the home office now that I work from home. I would like an accent wall with squares that somehow ties in with the door... and I would love some sort of media console with storage to hide baby toys. That's it. That's all I gave Brooks and Jeremy to work with. They were super communicative and thorough and even re-worked the design mock-up when we decided we needed a bigger tv. Everything for the install was exactly how they told us it would be and getting to know them personally was an added bonus. Their work is impeccable and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They brought the dream of squares to life! We are so happy with the end result. I would trust them with any project, big or small.

This review is for the installers who did the closet installation. My previous review (I can't find) was for the designer who was terrible, but is now no longer there. Hooray!
The installer called me to say they were on their way and would arrive in 30 minutes. They arrived at that time, he brought 2 helpers who he Introduced, they set up and got to work. The main installer was training a new hire. He was amazing! What a good trainer! I was impressed with his patience and how clearly he explained the process to his co-worker. I told him of my bad experience up to that point with Classy Closets, but he sure made up for it! The time it took from my signing the contract to the actual install was less than 4 weeks, so I was happy about that.
My closets look fantastic! They did a fabulous job of the installation and I couldn't be happier. He was polite, professional, and thorough. I choose Classy Closets for this project because of the price. They had a promotional price of $849 on the one closet. It is a lifesaver! My master closet is now ripped out and it will be 3 more months before it will be installed. Meanwhile, I can use the guest room closet.
All in all, the installers made up for the horrible design experience, but since she is gone, it no longer is applicable,
Very long wait times can still be expected for the most part.

They gave us a great quote for a bathroom remodel but were late every day compared to when they said they would arrive. Sink countertop has issues they did not resolve well. Promised pictures of issues with our roof and never provided. Said they were not capable of doing roof repair and would subcontract and then did it themselves
