Mike is AMAZING! He was super responsive when I initially reached out. We needed string lights placed along the fascia boards in our backyard. He got the work done seamlessly and in a timely fashion. I would love to see what email your supposedly sent since I was the one who provided my email address. Also, I can 100% guarantee I never received a single call, let alone multiple calls or a voicemail. Ellen called me a few times to arrange a visit and I HAD her all her contact numbers saved in my phone so I would have seen her on my caller ID. Finally, the fact that your accusing me of being the reason you didn't follow through with sending me a quote is embarrassing for you as the compliance team member and you should just take the loss and move on without trying to blame me for your business practice
failures. But, I get it, it makes you look like the good guy and shifts the blame... typical sub-standard contractor move from another shady Arizona contractor.

OK, I have been looking for a contractor to open up my entire great room area and relocate my kitchen along with many other things. I had multiple contractors come out to my place and the one I gambled on was Integrity Renovations. Was hoping that dealing with them would not be like some of my other experiences. my gamble paid off! They were professional from the very first day and offered many suggestions that helped me decide on how I wanted to lay out my great room area. My great room area is 40'x40', But had a ton of interior walls. They knew exactly what to do and how to do it. All of their suggestions made sense. They diagrammed the Project and I was happy to sign off on it. They just finished a few days ago and I am very satisfied with how well they performed.
The thing I like most about them is their attention to detail. From every paint line to every countertop seam, I am very happy with the end result. It's safe to say that I will use them moving forward for any project I have. I am so grateful, and the least I can do is give them this Solid review. Thank you, Integrity Renovations.

  The first estimate from another popular place I won't mention sent a guy out that just seemed bored with his job and I didn't feel like he was listening to a word I was saying.
 The second one from yet another place sent out a guy that listened, but didn't seem to know what he was doing.
   So glad my third one was Trinity.
I've been dealing with contractors and people in the building industry most of my life and I can say this with 100% certainty.
Trinity Remodeling & Home Center is the very best!
The pricing is more than fair and in most cases way less than most places.
Their installers are the very, very best as well!
They had my kitchen cabinets installed with quartz tops within 2 week and the project turned out flawless!
Anthony coordinated everything and even threw in a couple things at no charge.
I can't recommend them highly enough so before you decide to go anywhere else go see them, you won't regret it.
Say hi to Ken, he's an amazing guy and will offer you something to drink like water or coffee.
