Mike is AMAZING! He was super responsive when I initially reached out. We needed string lights placed along the fascia boards in our backyard. He got the work done seamlessly and in a timely fashion. Irving is absolutely amazing!!!  If I could give him 10 stars then I would.  I don't think I have the vocabulary to express just how awesome he and his crew are.  I'm going to try my best.  First and foremost - Irving and his team do great work at a reasonable and fair price.  His commitment to excellence is evident.  

To give a little background, I contacted Irving in May '22, about a potential plumbing project and building a closet for a spare bedroom.  Over the course of the next 7 months, Irving and his team have helped me completely remodel the house.  This is due in large part to 3 main qualities that Irving possesses - honesty, dependability, flexibility

Irving is honest about what things will entail and upfront about costs and timeframes.  If something won't look good or is going to cost a lot to do, he is the first one to speak up and share that

Irving and his team are dependable. When he says he will show up and get a job done, that is what he does.  In the rare instance he couldn't make it, he was quick to communicate and ensure he was there at his earliest convenience.  Also the jobs were completed on time or quicker than quoted which is uncommon to find now

Irving is extremely flexible.  Many times I would add to jobs or change design or just generally change the vision for a project.  Irving was always willing to listen and adapt.  

Over the last few months, I've really felt like Irving was more of a partner in this renovation than just a contractor doing some project.  I can't thank him enough for everything he's done.  And it has been my absolute pleasure to get to know him.

I rarely write reviews and certainly none of this length, but Irving is special and deserves all of this and much more.  If you get the opportunity to partner with Irving then I highly encourage you to do so

Two ladies came out to look at the kitchen. I followed up with them with text several times but never got an estimate. Not sure why. If they don't want the business, at least have a courtesy to send a note, instead of completely ignoring to even reply. Will not recommend.

OK, I have been looking for a contractor to open up my entire great room area and relocate my kitchen along with many other things. I had multiple contractors come out to my place and the one I gambled on was Integrity Renovations. Was hoping that dealing with them would not be like some of my other experiences. my gamble paid off! They were professional from the very first day and offered many suggestions that helped me decide on how I wanted to lay out my great room area. My great room area is 40'x40', But had a ton of interior walls. They knew exactly what to do and how to do it. All of their suggestions made sense. They diagrammed the Project and I was happy to sign off on it. They just finished a few days ago and I am very satisfied with how well they performed.
The thing I like most about them is their attention to detail. From every paint line to every countertop seam, I am very happy with the end result. It's safe to say that I will use them moving forward for any project I have. I am so grateful, and the least I can do is give them this Solid review. Thank you, Integrity Renovations.

Who would be crazy enough to have an
entire home renovation in the middle of
COVID? And who would take on the task of
this renovation? Anthony Thomas would
move heaven and earth despite the set
backs of supply chain shortages and the
issues with construction workers. Trinity
Home made our house a showcase with
custom cabinets installed by one of the best
in the business. Anthony's gift for
designing was spot on. If something was not
to our liking, he made sure we were
satisfied.
Our home is beautiful with a total redo of
our bathrooms and a professional grade
kitchen with an 11 ft quartz countertop.
As anyone will tell you about any renovation,
it's stressful, but it was all worth the wait for
the final result. Thank you Anthony!

Our designer Nicole is amazing!  She's excellent to work with and has fabulous ideas.  We were so happy with the nursery closet and pantry, we are now in the process of office, laundry and another closet.  Excellent craftsmanship and overall experience!
