Saenz is the best.  We were a real problem client.   Had to change schedules and even asked for work on SuperBowl weekend.   Not a problem for Saenz.   Outstanding work.  The buyers of our home were comlpetely happy with the work.   And when additional projects pushed them two hours beyond their projected deadline, they did the work fast and hung in to finish the job despite it being our fault.  

Can't go wrong with Saenz.

Bonita and her team are outstanding!   I wish I had taken before and after photos because I literally couldn't believe my eyes. Before the cleaning, our house was an absolute disaster because we are in the middle of some renovations and had sawdust EVERYWHERE. We also have two dogs that shed... so you can only imagine the mess we had. We were looking for a cleaning company on Yelp because the messy renovations are done so we can move back in.  Bonita was super quick to respond, very reasonably priced and even made sure to care for our floors in a special way (as it's brand new flooring).  I got a deep cleaning done and it was the best decision I've made all year.  We will be using this company for regular cleanings and recommending to all of our friends and family.  Absolutely amazing work. Our windows have never looked so good. Juan even cleaned intricate glass and wrought iron doors. He has a cleaning company also. After the great job on the windows, I have scheduled house cleaning with him. Quiet, nice and on time. Add that to a great job done and I will be recommending him to all my friends.

I got the window cleaning and purchased an upgrade to clean window tracks. They showed upon on time and were efficient. They missed two of our windows that weren't cleaned at all. I partially blame myself for that. When they were done they walked me through part of the house. Since I was working from home I didn't take the time to carefully check each window upstairs and downstairs. One was a kitchen window that I have to scratch my head on how it was missed because there are three right next to it.

So just make sure you thoroughly check the work to make sure they didn't miss anything and you'll probably be satisfied with the service.

We got our windows cleaned one day and new solar screens installed the next day. They did such a great job cleaning our screen door to the patio my husband is thoroughly convinced I bought a new one. Wish they had the same level of detail to all the windows!

This company is terrible. I should have know when my neighbor let them go. Thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, they broke something in my house every other time they cleaned it. The owners answer to that was that maybe I just had to much stuff. What the heck does that even mean? My house is clean and very neat and tidy and not hard to clean at all. In fact the people who were here to clean always made those same comments. They were consistently late and always different people every month. They missed the little details. I was constantly having to ask them to re-clean or re-vacuum.
I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!

I was not happy, the Lady that did my window did an ok job, I had to point out that there streaks in the windows, she only brushed off my screens & scratched them since she didn't put them on the right way. Then I had to go after her with my tools to fasten them correctly. My Patio Screen was up side down & fell when I went out, glad I caught it early since it would have broken my Screen & my vase on my table. Then Zelle didn't work, took an hour to make the payment, she didn't want me to tip the gal, had No account to receive my payment since Zelle didn't work. I have never dealt with a Company that had no account. I finally sent he a check that included a $20 tip. I don't mind paying more for Quality services but this is not it!

Came to provide an estimate for deep cleaning for a house sale.. Was professional, on time, and knowledgeable.
