Parker's Commercial Cleaning is WONDERFUL! We called and spoke with Daniel about cleaning our office. Daniel was polite, professional and was punctual. After discussing our office cleaning needs, Daniel went above and beyond our expectations. We will continue to use Parker's Commercial Cleaning.

Our windows have never looked so good. Juan even cleaned intricate glass and wrought iron doors. He has a cleaning company also. After the great job on the windows, I have scheduled house cleaning with him. Quiet, nice and on time. Add that to a great job done and I will be recommending him to all my friends.

Scheduled 2 rooms for carpet cleaning. Had a confirmation time of  12:00 -2:00 pm. Called at 2:05 and said they called to tell us that the guy would be late. Never received a call.
Lady on the phone says he will be here at 4:00pm. He shows up at 4:15. GAlso I had  2 spots in another room I wanted done just the spots and they wanted to charge $35 for 2 spots. The cost is $40 per room. I literally wanted them to clean two 1 square foot spots.
The kid gets  started and halfway through the first room runs out of gas which means carpet machine does not operate. Kid says he has to wait for his boss to bring him gas. 30 min later he  resumes.
Customer service is horrible. I understand that things happen but no phone communication what so ever. Would not recommend this company.

I was shopping around services (we ended up not needing anyway) but their response time, availability, and quotes were reasonable and professional! Wish I got the chance to use them.

Great Job, they showed up masked and within the expected time range. The house looks and smells wonderful and the ladies were delightful. It took longer than expected so the cost was higher than the quote but understandable. I'm a bit sad that I didn't get the 10% savings as a new customer.

I'm not going to lie, this was an odd morning.
Confirmed cleaning details & 2-3pm time frame for today's appointment. She contacted at 7am to say that she was on the way to the house, confirmed 6-min ETA for arrival and also said "I'm here" at 7:40.
We arrived to meet her at the house for the cleaning and not only was she not there, but also sent this random picture claiming her son was in the emergency room - but the image is from July 7, 2021.
After letting her know I was confused about the pics, date and all that, she stopped responding and no further texts would go through.
Total waste of time... and I'll be honest, this mercury retrograde  is reaaaallly starting to annoy me.

Unprofessional company. I booked a cleaning and she completely ghosted me. Very dishonest way of operating, if you cant make it just say so rather than disrupting someone's day/week.
