Rob Maldonado, Alex, and Jerson are the absolute best!  Robert is very knowledgeable in the industry and helped us choose the best color for our interior and I'm so thrilled with the work they did.  We had a specific timeline for the project to get done which made me nervous. Not only did they meet the deadline, they finished early!  They cleaned up well and left our house just as they found it. They also taped up all of our belongings well so nothing was damaged.  I am a very picky person when it comes to detail and they exceeded all of my expectations. I would absolutely recommend them. Excellent job. I contacted Alex, he came out to look at the house and gave a quote. He quoted for other items too. He power washed the house a couple days later. They removed chipping, flaming paint. Patched halls and cracks. Everything looks beautiful and fresh. Amazing and great pricing, and fast work!

Vlad came right on time for our (free) consultation. Gave a fair price and his crew showed up right on time the next week when I was available. They worked fast and efficient and consulted with me about design challenges for my older home guest bathroom. They did not leave w/o checking with me that work was done, and cleaned up after themselves. Hard to find someone to take a small half-finished job from previous contractor, but they delivered. 10/10 would recommend.

One of the first companies to respond to a Yelp quote request!  Roman showed up on time and provided a quick quote. He communicates very well and we clearly defined the scope. Work started a few days later - not weeks - and was completed within the timeframe quoted. The paint job looks great!  I found a couple of trouble spots that need a little fix (it's an old house!) but Roman assures me he'll take care of them.  I have more projects planned down the line and won't hesitate to contact H & Y again. I hired Burden painting to fix 5 holes in my ceiling drywall that were the result of installing surround sound speakers at the recommendation of my electrician. they were able to do the work to fit my schedule, arrived on time, used tarps to keep the floors clean and did a perfect job. You cannot see any lines or evidence of the former holes. though I did not hire them for painting I would not hesitate to do so based on the nice work they did.

Clayton is timely, responsible and hard working. He did an excellent job helping with various repairs around my house including painting, drywall repair, grout, etc. He clearly cares about doing the job right and I will hire him again in the future.
