I called Arizona Foundation Works as I had cracks in my stem wall, numerous cracks around windows in the interior of house, windows that wouldn't open, etc.  Rick came out, checked level of the slab and educated me about drainage and foundation issues.  Spent an hour at my house, no charge!! Turns out he said my problem was due to drainage and water issues.  Gave me referrals to companies that could help with rectifying the problem.  Great guy, patient, on time and helpful and willing to educate.  So happy I called him.
