Best Slab Foundation Repair in Phoenix AZ

I recently had concrete slab stitching done by Gaje. Owner J R is really pleasant to work with. The crew was on time to start and one time to complete. Workmanship is good. I will come back in a year or so to comment on the longivity of the fix. So far I am happy. I would recommend Gaje to anyone that needs floor stitching.

I found Arizona Foundation Works through Yelp due to the many great reviews.

I filled out the form and Rick contacted me a day later, 9/25. He was very courteous and told me that he was very busy and the earliest he had available was 10/7 at noon. The appointment came and went, Rick didn't show! I called his phone and he told me that his office must have messed up the appointment since he was just leaving a client named Kent (my name is Ken). I asked if we could reschedule and he said he was very busy, but because he missed the appointment, he would try to accommodate me before he was leaving town for some work he had to do. I appreciated this!

He texted me that night and told me that he usually doesn't work on Sundays but could come by at 9am Sunday morning, since he wanted to make it right. Again, I appreciated this!

Sunday 9am came and went. I texted him if he was still coming. At 10:30am he texted me back that his equipment failed the day before and that he was finishing up some other work and that he would let me know whenever he was en route. I responded saying that I was sorry that his equipment failed, but I would have appreciated a heads up before our 9am meeting, not 1.5 hours after the appointment.

At this point I had lost my trust and told him he didn't have to come anymore.

I am cautious of people whose words don't match their actions.

I realize that my experience may not be the norm, especially reading all the other positive reviews. I just want to point out that my personal experience with Arizona Foundation Works has not been very good and hopefully it will help the company to improve their scheduling and communication, because we too have to sometimes make arrangements to be available at the scheduled time!

If 6 stars was an option, I would give Advanced Concrete Lifting six stars! We had Charles come to lift our slab and fix numerous cracks throughout our house, and a very, very blown-out stem wall. He did an amazing job for a very reasonable price.
A few weeks later, we noticed some new cracks in a completely new area of the house, right before we were scheduled to have our new floors installed, and he came out last minute and spent the weekend fixing it so that it was taken care of before the installers came. That meant working on the weekend. Not only do we greatly appreciate that he came out to fix the issue, but he did so quickly, on the weekend, and did a fantastic job.
If you have any issues with your concrete, I highly recommend Advanced Concrete Lifting.

Buyer beware!
We had the engineer come out and provide us with a very informative report; followed up by sales to discuss and sell their system. Because of the signing discount we moved forward providing a sizable deposit. We made a decision to attack the root cause which was our landscaping then watch and make a decision regarding their system. Since May we have been trying to cancel and refund our $1,000. deposit! Several phone calls later we started to paper trail our requests via email. Everybody is looking into it and will send to accounting etc. For such a large supposedly successfully company I don't see what the problem is. Are they having financial trouble?
A review is my attempt after several months to get some action from the company. This is unacceptably poor service!
9-2 Update
Had a conversation with a manager: although we verbally cancelled, the office manager verbally said she would follow up with accounting to refund our deposit. Several emails in which everybody said yeah we'll get this taken care of. Please send us a written request and we'll get it taken care of. Well,  when you sign the contract there is a three day cancellation period and even though we cancelled verbally and it was accepted it was not honored. We have received no goods or services from this company. They refuse to stand by what their employee said and further refuse to refund our 1,000.00
Again buyer beware!!!
9-10-20 response to Az Foundations
A: your salesman did not discuss any cancellation policies with us and B: I spoke with him the following day and his cell phone. Maybe those calls should be recorded as well. After MONTHS of emails of sending it to accounting to process; nothing. Not one thing was scheduled with us. When they called to schedule, we reiterated our cancellation.
I understand contracts; I also understand they can be amended. Unfortunately we signed without  realizing or being advised of the cancellation policy and cancelled verbally and didn't send it in writing during that 3 day window.

Buyer: Make sure you know what you want and make sure you read every word of the contract before signing.

Don't use Louis!!! My project went from only suppose to be 2 days long to over a week. He quoted me $1900, started the framing then said it'll be an additional $1,000. I gave in and spent the extra money hoping for good quality work.

I am now redoing over 50% of the concrete he poured because it's not the correct measurements, it's uneven and horrible quality. Don't waste your money or time.
