I called Adis late last night to see if he could help smooth out a concrete patio we had poured over the weekend. He made time to come by today as soon as he was free and spent almost an hour discussing options with me. Ultimately we decided that grinding the patio won't help with the real issue, which is the patio itself. I was shopping for carpeting for my entire house. Since I'm big on supporting my neighborhood stores I thought I would give these guys a try. I walked into their beautiful showroom just off the I-17 frontage road and started looking around. I found a couple of samples that I thought would look nice. I continued to look around and since there was only one other customer in the store I thought for sure I would get some assistance soon. No, not the case. I waited for about thirty minutes for someone to even acknowledge my presence. Nope. I ended up leaving.
