I first contacted Rick in April because of some cracks running across our ceiling and one upper wall. I was a bit panicked and appreciated that he reassured me that I need not panic. He asked me, how long they had been there and a question that really got me, Is the house falling down around you? And as the house was, fortunately, not falling down around me, I felt calmer. I scheduled him to come out and look at the house with my mom and stepdad. My mom texted me later and described him as very, very honest man. She could not speak highly enough of him. The inspection to determine if there are problems with the foundation lasted over an hour and - as promised was free. The problems are not the foundation and though my parents offered Rick money for his time, gas, etc, he refused to take it. I highly recommend him. In my phone conversations with him and my parents' dealings with him, he is knowledgeable, honest, straightforward and authentic.

Terrible company-do not do business with them!  The work that they did was not adequate to solve the foundation problems.  I'm not able to share details but suffice it to say they have no ethics
