Best Hazardous Waste Removal in Phoenix AZ

I called Frank after seeing his Yelp reviews to come out and give me an estimate on demolition of a patio and grading my backyard for paver installation.   We walked the job, he seemed knowledgeable, and said he would send a quote later that day.   I never heard from him again.  I'm guessing it's because I pressed him on whether or not he was licensed and insured.   I will not hire anyone to work on my property that isn't.   When I mentioned I would call 811 to have utilities marked before digging he said I didn't need to do that.  Well, it's the law, at least in Litchfield Park.  Some of the digging was exactly where there are utility lines.  I also could not find his DOT number or company listed in the US Dept of Transportation database.   I was actually glad not to have heard from him and got the job done by a licensed, insured person.

Did a great job with what was asked. Removed tons of rocks and removed dirt around where I wanted pavers. Great price!!!!
