Best Drainage Design in Phoenix AZ

I wish my experience with Envision was great, but it was not. I feel blown off & cheated out of money & final product. The issues started toward the end of the project, first was missing weed barrier within the border of my decorative rock, which wouldn't have even been caught if weeds/grass didn't start growing through. While it was corrected, the rock was merely scooted aside and mat laid, which caused large gaps to which there is still weeds/grass growing through my rock boarders. The largest issue was the clean fill dirt & top soil. The entirety of the fill was not clean and had massive amounts of rock in it which sod cannot be placed on due to root contact / irrigation issues. I contacted Rafa advising of this (which should have been caught) but again, wasn't & he said quote its not our fault - you are the professional proving a service, it is 100% on the company not ensuring your product is up to standards. He sent two people to rake the yard of rock the next day however it was not successful. His crew before leaving for the day advised me they need to re-do the entire fill/top soil as the more they raked the more rock came up. When I asked Rafa to call me to discuss, he said he was at a Dr. Appt and would call me after, that was April 19th, I have yet to hear from him. He got his money, and I am no longer important, I waited plenty of time to give benifit of doubt before writing this. Additionally, after the crew raked, they exposed PVC pipe for irrigation which should be at a minimum 4in under the ground. All around there were too many issues that were not caught, not corrected and the owner could have cared less. I'm sure some excuse will be posted in response, but please take this review not as being spiteful as it won't change the issues I now have to deal with out of my own pocket, but as a warning and my experience with Envision to search for a professional elsewhere.

I had an old wooden fence that I needed taken down and replaced with a block wall. Robert was easy to get a hold of and came out within a day after contacting him to get a quote. I received a number of quotes and he was very reasonable in price. His workmanship was excellent. Block wall looks great, he cleaned up afterwards immaculately, and disposed of my old fence. I would highly recommend him

We've been working on our yard with Juan for a few months now and he is fantastic! Very responsive and shows up when he says he will. He and his crew did a 2 day job for us laying new rock, running new irrigation, new grass and planting new plants. The yard looked fantastic when they finished, we were very happy! He always answers all of our questions (we have a lot!) very patiently; he is very knowledgeable. We are so happy to have found this company!

I contacted this company for an estimate and was told that I was out of their service area. Their website says they serve the greater Phoenix area. I am located in central Phoenix. Not sure what the issue is, but I find it pretty unprofessional.

We wanted to redo the area around our pool and expand the living space with travertine. Jose gave an on the spot estimate and began work the following week. He communicated every step of the way and completed everything above expectations. He really takes pride in his work. Others I called never completed bidding or stopped returning calls. He sent me photos of the work on the days I couldn't be at the house. We decided to add a barbecue as well and he helped with all the details and it also turned out better than expected. I can't say enough good things about this project. It has been one of the best renovation experiences we have had!

I saw the impressive pictures on the website and decided to call Isai. I was really excited about upgrading my patio and was impressed with the work he had done with other small spaces.

It went horribly down hill from there. I scheduled for a quote and he did not show. I was told family emergency, no problem. I scheduled a second time. No show. I was told he was still away on emergency family business. Okay. I scheduled a 3rd time. He showed up an hour late and joked that he was playing in the snow with his grandkids in Flagstaff. I let it go.

He looked around my back patio and was extremely dismissive, saying I should wait 6 months until prices go down. What? I had not even discussed my budget or my needs. He begins telling me about all of the expensive houses he has done.

I ignored him and began telling him what I wanted done. He wrote nothing down except for a few measurements. Almost  10 days later he sends me a quote with nothing on it that I asked for. I immediately write him back to ask about the litany of other things I had told him I wanted.

He wrote me back two weeks later and said all of the things I wanted were included in the quote. Great. I asked him to put it in writing in a new quote and I would like to get started.

He then proceeded to call me multiple times, while I was at work. I emailed him back and said I would like everything in writing.

He then emailed me back and said the things he told me were included are no longer included.

This guy is a shady, condescending asshole who only takes on million dollar homes. If anyone from his company is reading this, my house may not be huge and expensive, but my husband and I both do really well and have a ton of discretionary income. Big mistake. Huge. I have to go shopping now!

Agustin was awesome! He made the trip quickly and assessed the work fairly. He got to work and completed the work right on time! I have more work to have done and I'll be going with A & S!

I highly recommend this landcaping company very fast, helpful and great service and prices.

Made an appointment to quote an irrigation project and they never showed up.

Jake graded a big dirt hill in our backyard, removing most of the dirt and hauling it away while leaving the rocks on top for us. He did a great job! He's friendly and reliable, and he did the work at a fair price. I'd highly recommend calling him when needed.

Juan was fast to reply and came by at my convenience to provide a quote. The work was done quickly and within a few days my weed problem was gone. I've now hired Juan and Desert Sage to provide monthly services at my house. Great work!!

Jason did an epic job on our travertine.  Super punctual, no hidden costs and really turned what we were thinking of into a reality.  I was really blown away at the attention to detail and doing the work the right way.  We'll be giving him a call when the next project comes up for sure.
