I'm currently pregnant and nesting has hit me in full force. The two major things I wanted to tackle before our first baby gets here - carpets and new windows. I ordered new windows back in December and was told it would take 12 weeks for them to arrive, so I set out to find a flooring company to work with.

Carpets of Arizona was the only company I spoke with who offered to work with the window company schedule (we turned one window into a slider and the window company said to wait on flooring install in that room, just in case they had to cut into the floor. They didn't want to damage the new carpet).  Carpets of Arizona was willing to install my flooring in two stages so that I didn't have to wait until windows were fully installed to enjoy my new flooring.

I described what I was hoping for, style wise, to Monica over the phone. When she arrived at my house to give me a quote, she brought samples that were EXACTLY what I wanted. It is so overwhelming to look at thousands of samples. I appreciate that she was able to bring 3 I liked so I could quickly and confidently make a decision.

Geraldine was patient and so helpful during the scheduling process. When there was a delay and window installation was pushed out further, she quickly rescheduled my flooring installation over the phone.

Finally, the contractors they hired for my job (Juan and his team) were always on time, polite, and did beautiful work.

I am so, so thrilled with my new floors. The upgrade was worth every penny. I wouldn't hesitate to call Carpets of Arizona again if we need anything in the future!

So, I've been waiting 10 days for you to Address my concerns and you have not. I was the last one to contact you and tell you all the things I was not satisfied with and it has been 10 days and you have done nothing nor have you contacted me. You have the money over or almost $6000 that was not your money and you have kept it and I am told that if you have cash the checks that have my name on them that it is fraudulent. You also have access to my house. So that was a poor excuse to give the insurance company because you have a lock box and you have a set of my keys.

I would recommend GPS for all of your remediation needs!

What started as a roof leak, ended in a hole in our bedroom ceiling and a long battle with the HOA and Insurance company on who was going to fix it.  The one shining star through the whole process was working with Global Prevention Services!  Michael and his team helped to ease my anxieties, making phone calls to whomever was necessary in order to get the job done.  I fully believe they went above and beyond what any other company would've done to make sure we were taken care of!

All that being said, I'd be remiss if I didn't mention the actual work.  You would never be able to tell that there had ever been a problem.  Flawless.

As far as what other reviewers were saying, we did get multiple quotes and GPS was aligned with what other companies were quoting.

These guys are one of the worst restoration companies ever their project manager Kenny is totally dishonest he hire a second and third-party contractors he uses laborers that he picks up from Home Depot to do most of the work while he supervises if he's not out running errands like the counterman that he hired to do the job at my home which turned out to be completely disastrous. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy they seriously suck plus the cabinet guys that Kenny hired were a husband-and-wife team that came in in the evening to do our cabinets with no level steaks no shams no wedges everything was unbalanced just giving everybody out there a heads up do not use these guys

We contacted Vlad with interest in doing o complete interior remodeling of our $
2750 sq ft home. He was quick to meet with us and to to submit a lack luster proposal. We received some CAD drawings which were inconclusive.

Vlad gave us a start date. We proceeded to provide him with decor features and material selections to be included. The response time continued to drag out. With Vlad's suggestion we signed a temporary lease agreement for 5 weeks so as to be out of his way. Last week, before executing lease agreement I received verbal agreement from Vlad that we should proceed.

Now, one week before start date, Vlad pulls out of the project! We are on the hook for lease, packing materials and laborers.  Not to mention at least 30 days of lost project time.
