Best Drawer Installation/Addition in Phoenix AZ

Two ladies came out to look at the kitchen. I followed up with them with text several times but never got an estimate. Not sure why. If they don't want the business, at least have a courtesy to send a note, instead of completely ignoring to even reply. Will not recommend.

Didn't finish the job - still waiting for discount refund.

Ben was very attentive at first, created a good first impression. From there, the whole experience went downhill. The flooring arrived separately with no advance warning. The crew that installs the flooring do not speak English so we had difficulty communicating expectations. The project was delayed several days beyond deadline we had agreed on. Still, more than 6 weeks after they finished the job, I'm having to follow up on a discount refund because they never came back and fixed all the paint and gap issues during initial installation.

I was told they're too busy to come back and wrap up the project (paint + grout/silicone for gaps). So now I have to hire another contractor to do all the touch up. Disappointing and frustrating to have to follow up repeatedly. The only reason they don't get a 1 star is that they did lay the floor and the overall quality of that is good. They just didn't follow through and for that reason I wouldn't recommend.
