I trust our Vets before I found them.  I am happy to tell Yelp viewers that they proved our Vets are the most efficient and organized group.  I live in CA and take care my dad's property in AZ.  Because I am not in the area, I have been taken advantage of by bad contractors.  I finally had Bob help me with some serious issues.  I am so blessed to have chosen this crew.  I still have more unresolved projects that I will be trusting them with. They have been very reliable and shown great care if the work they have done.

I typically only do reviews for exceptionally good or exceptionally bad products and services.  Mediocre service isn't worth mentioning.  That being said, Adis is absolutely exceptional!!  When we removed our carpet to install laminate flooring, we found an expansion joint that had lifted, making it impossible to do the install. Adis not only provided the concrete grinding but also applied the leveling compound at almost the same price another company quoted me just for the concrete grinding.  We were able to start the installation the next day on our like new, completely level floor.  Adis is a perfectionist who will do the job right at a fair price no matter what is takes.  While we did the install ourselves this time, his company does flooring sales and installation, as well as concrete coating, grinding, and leveling.  Premier Concrete Resurfacing is the only company I will hire to handle my flooring needs.  Thank you, Adis!

So happy I went with Danny and his company. They did a wonderful job remodeling our bathroom. Danny was very thorough in explaining the entire process and always available to answer any questions I had.  He definitely knows his stuff. Can't wait for him to redo our kitchen!  Thanks, Danny!!!

Golden Bear Contracting was a real life saver. Installed a sink in the kitchen that was otherwise not going to fit and I'd have to return. But I loved my new sink so I was determined to make it fit. He did a great job!

Jean has done several project for us including poo repair, pavers installation, faux grass installation, and concrete repair. Jean does excellent work. He listens to the needs that you have and then offers a variety of solutions to meet those needs. His prices are competitive and the quality is very high. I highly recommend home for all home improvement needs.

I hired them to remove a load bearing wall from my house, I wanted to make sure whoever I hired knew what they were doing since it's such an intricate job, Alfredo showed up to give me an estimate and was very professional and knowledgeable, we agreed on a price, two weeks later his crew showed up, they were super clean, put plastic on all my walls/furniture/flooring to protect it from dust, they got to work and did a fantastic job, I'll definitely keep their contact info for future projects

These guys are great I've used the to day some minor repairs in the past and just recently used them to replace my floors in my home. They did a great job I couldn't be happier with my new hardwood floors they look great. Thanks Frank!!!

Ellen, Cheryl and her team were a pleasure to work with and left us with a bathroom we are now proud to show off. The open line of communication was excellent and I felt as if my voice was heard throughout the design and build process.

We needed our job complete by a certain date, and the White Builder team had no issues accommodating the quick turnaround. I've had some companies take several months to get a project off the ground but from the first point of contact on Yelp to the finish of the project, it only took a couple weeks here. We were pleased enough that we've already started our second project.

We recently moved into our new Toll Brothers home and had a challenging time looking for a good contractor that will design my entertainment wall at a reasonable and fair price.  With the recent challenges we all face with contractors taking advantage of price "spikes", and long wait time for a project to begin, Canterra Construction beat the competitor's reliability and price!  Initially, I contracted for an entertainment wall design with them.  Cathy took it to a personal level in designing my wall and brought samples of stones and tiles.  She factored in my interior designs, colors, and furniture to select the best.  And wow, my husband and I are so amazed with the professionalism, reliability, designs, and the material used for our wall that it became one of the "wow" factors of my home!  Because of this company's professionalism and awesome work, I continued to contract them for my back and front yard.  Again, Cathy understood our goal.  She uniquely put together another great design at an affordable price.  Next contract is for accent walls and designs for all my rooms.  I am excited for this project. Vlad came right on time for our (free) consultation. Gave a fair price and his crew showed up right on time the next week when I was available. They worked fast and efficient and consulted with me about design challenges for my older home guest bathroom. They did not leave w/o checking with me that work was done, and cleaned up after themselves. Hard to find someone to take a small half-finished job from previous contractor, but they delivered. 10/10 would recommend.

Jon and his team are wonderful to work with. I needed my kitchen and bathroom remodeled and was lost on choosing a design. It was for a rental property and I had a budget but also didn't want to cut corners on the design. Very efficient, and met the budget and time line. I look forward to using him on future projects.

Keith and his crew were awesome from start to finish. I worked with Keith to complete a kitchen and master shower renovation. The tile work by Carlos is simply the BEST I've seen. The guy measures twice and cuts once and it all fits perfect. Paul the plumber knows his job inside and out!! The electricians used were great as well, despite the spray foam insulation they were able to put in new outlets and move others.

Keith is a hands on GC that goes above and beyond to make you happy as a customer. His easy professional style  is beyond his years in the industry.

Fantastic work.  Skilled, polite, professional, honest, and efficient.
Darren retiled our shower area to the ceiling and a difficult off square window next to our shower perfectly.
He was always on time, produced excellent work, worked quickly and was a pleasure to work with.  My wife and I have dogs & we both work from home, Darren was so easy to work with because of his attention to detail. Beyond his skill, he would mix materials, or make necessary prep of tiles or drywall in our garage so as not to disturb the household.  He was friendly with our dogs, clean, and he genuinely enjoyed listening to our music in the house while he worked.  My wife and I recommend him to anyone looking for a top level tile installation pro in the North Phoenix area.  We will absolutely recommend him to anyone & use Darren again in the future for projects.

D & D is the best in town!! Not only was Dion very responsive but was able to get me in for an assesment and repair 3 days before Christmas. Gerardo and his son fixed my upstairs within the hour.  They showed up at 10am and by 12pm my floor was fixed!!! Very happy with the outcome and service! Will definitely use them for future repairs.

SpiceGirl Remodeling came to my home and conducted repairs and upgrades so I can convert it to a rental. The scope of work was painting, flooring transitions, fireplace updates, washer / dryer hook-up replacement, flooring / stair repairs, and cleaning services.

Erika made sure that her crew provided quality work and followed up when additional work was needed to complete the job. I am happy with the finished look of the home (see photos) and I appreciate the work of her crew and her project management performance.

It's worth notating that Matthew is no longer with the company and I'm guessing that's where the quality has and communication has suffered. Genuinely nice, hard working guys. They worked very long hours with no breaks. Price was better than any of the other bids I received for the job. Communication is really lacking. Upon accepting the bid I was asked to send KGB product/vendor info and to them so KGB which I did. As the project date approached I inquired if the product had been ordered and was told I should order it at this point we are only 4 days away from the project date and by the time I was told to order the product it was no longer available locally and would not be delivered by the project date. I did not want to leave KGB hanging with a canceled job I ran to big box flooring store and picked a product that was locally in stock. Caveat: stair nose pieces are special order and back ordered but at least I have all the flooring ready for the date I committed to. At trio member 1's recommendation I ORDERED EXACTLY WHAT I WAS TOLD TO ORDER we just split the project into two separate jobs as to not cancel original project date. Long story short I knew my stairs would be a pain in the ass and I voiced my concerns and asked for trim details on original walk through as well as when I was left to order product.End result: Unfortunately after I paid them they pointed out where "***** got tired" on the stair cuts so now I have these stairs with trim that I need to either pay to get redone professionally or just look at them everyday as a reminder of where "***** got tired" .  After reaching out to the company they made excuses and told me they should have charged more and gave me a hard time because they had to "work with the "materials I made available" ie the materials they were suppose to order but never did which ended up being the exact materials they told me to order. They set the price I paid it, they sent a long letter itemizing what they should have charged and what they would charge to fix their poor workmanship.Moral of the story: you get what you pay for save the headache and just pay a professional team it's what you'll end up paying to fix their work in the end anyways  and their business model is "DO YOU THINK THAT IF WE HAD TO PULL OFF AGAIN, THE COST WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN QUITE A BIT MORE?" Because doing a good job in the first place isn't implied .

These guys are great I highly recommend! I had water damage from a leaking roof and flooding. I needed half of my living room ceiling, 1 full wall and 2 quarter walls replaced. They were able to start in a couple days and worked really hard and got the job done in 4 days. Did a great job cleaning up and were in constant communication the whole time. 5 stars
