I have no idea how this company does work but if it's the same way they drive then I have no intention to ever give my business to them. I had my 1 yr son and wife in the car when a consultant in a company truck tried to bully me to turn by getting too close and making absurd hand gestures then proceeded to try and cut me off I do not care if he was in a rush that is not my issue I had my family in the car and he was risking all of our safety.

Can't say enough great things about Irving and Modern Innovations. He works fast, does very high quality work with great attention to detail. And at a very fair price. He is very skilled in seemingly every home remodel trade. If you are considering doing any work to your house (big or small) you should definitely give Irving a call

The appointment maker was very nice and friendly and immediately called me back to schedule an estimate.  I was very disappointed when no one showed up for my scheduled hour long appointment.  I called, and the receptionist was very friendly (again) but claimed that Sam was stuck in a meeting and needed to reschedule.  I like to think that I am flexible, but I think that if you're going to be one hour late for an hour long appointment, you could step out of the meeting and let me know if not before, at least during.  Very disappointed.  The receptionist apologized and offered for him to come the next day, but I declined because I didn't want to start a major master bath remodel with someone who can't call/email/text/anything before or even within the hour they are supposed to be at my home.

We had our bathroom gutted and fully renovated and they did an excellent job. Great communication at the beginning with Kyle and at every stage thereafter so there were no surprises; the on-site GC, John (and his son, Matt) were professional, highly skilled and found solutions to every challenge. Their  subcontractors who did paint & misc worked well with the team--it was a well planned orchestra! And we looove our new bathroom! Would definitely use them again.

In the Summer of 2012 I wanted to remodel my kitchen and tile.  I contacted probably four companies and went with Retro Pro.  Right from the first meeting I had a good feeling about Eric the owner and Angela the designer.  They were so nice and took the time to listen to all my questions and my husbands questions.  When the work started the guys took great care of our house and respected our request to start "loud work" as late as possible due to our night jobs.  The project was finished when promised, which was great too.  We are so happy with the results!  I would highly recommend Retro Pro for your next remodeling project.  You won't be disappointed.  I'm already saving to have them remodel my three bathrooms!  Thanks Retro Pro!

We contracted Habitat Renovations through a recommendation from our decorator for a complete renovation of our master bathroom. Coutney was the designer and did a fabulous job. She laid out the bathroom design in accordance to what made us comfortable. There were some hiccups during the process, but everything turn out  beautiful.

We've done two major remodels (kitchen and master bath) with Shower and Bath Connection (SBC) over the last 10 years, and we highly recommend them.  The owner, Lon Lisback, was very involved throughout both projects, from design, material selection, estimating, demolition, installation, and fine-tuning.  The attention to detail was very evident, as well as the care his crew and subcontractors showed in every step of the remodels.  The workers accommodated our little tweaks along the way without any fuss, and we finished both projects on time and on budget.  As for after-installation service, we recently had one of the handles of the shower valve fixture start to act up.  I called SBC to ask what the warranty was on the part, and without question, they scheduled a visit to the house and fixed it right away without charging me for something they'd installed over 3 years ago.  Wow!  We are very happy with the way the remodels have gone and would highly recommend Lon and his team.

We had a wonderful experience with lifetime and especially with Kyle who was in charge of our project!! He went above and beyond and continued to stay in touch and was very hands on making sure everything was perfect for us!

The tile and plumbing job for a remodeled bathroom was completed with precise attention to detail. The prep, and installation of both floor and wall tile were professionally completed. The project remodel looks like the way it should be, Brand New. Wonderful service, and came to work in a timely manner as promised.

The women that work the front were amazing but the man that owns the business is horrendous. Complete jerk. Will try to pressure you into new everything when all you want is new cabinets. His attitude was very condescending and he has little to no patience. Would avoid this place at all costs. Talks down to you, and makes you feel stupid. Not to mention he isn't very nice to the sweet women who work for him.

I contacted the company and requested an estimate. The estimate was well thought out, complete and was very competitive with other estimates we received. Although we did not ultimately have Dynamite complete the small remodeling project, we would certainly look to them in the future. Researched BBB records and reviews and found the company to have a very good record, very professional and promptly responded to our inquiries.

Super responsible, great job, love the end result. Would definitely recommend to anyone and will be using him again soon.

Jeff, JDR CONTRACTING, has did several remodels for our home in the past. This time he did a Ledger Stone wall with bookcases, and to say it is beautiful. Is not saying enough! He quoted us a time and $ amount and he came in right on schedule Great job. Jeff!

In 2007 we hired Justin and Caine and Company to do a major addition to our 1950's ranch home in the Camelback Corridor. After interviewing several other contractors and receiving bids from other design/build companies, we were thrilled when we found Justin. He understood exactly what we wanted and what we needed as well as our design aesthetic. He immediately "got" our vision for the project, listened to our needs and walked us through the entire process. We added a bedroom/office, a bathroom, a kitchen, great room, and reconfigured doors, walls, and closets in the existing house to make the addition cohesive.  He completed our addition on time, on budget and with outstanding results. Katherine, one of the owners, wrote me back immediately, we conversed, and she offered a free consultation for an estimate. She arrived with her staff in tow at the appointed time, fully prepared to address every concern I had previously discussed with her on the phone.

From the onset, I knew I was in competent hands. Canterra Construction was diligent throughout the entire process. Even when the shed arrived earlier than expected, I shot Katherine an email, and she was quick to accommodate the schedule change with an immediate start date. Brian and his team previously did a major remodel of my master bath including removing soffits, installing new cabinetry, counter tops, plumbing, lighting, freestanding tub as well as expanding the shower,. They did an excellent job, showed up on time and worked daily on the project through completion.  Aside from their high quality work, they adhered to my budget and communicated regularly throughout the project.  
Brian and his team just finished a major redo of my laundry room, replaced all our can lights with LEDs throughout the house, added four can lights to our family room and master bedroom as well as replaced our water softener.  They did another phenomenal job.
