I recently had a complete Bathroom remodel completed by Sunset T&B.  Actually, 2 Bathrooms (Master and Guest).  I looked at a number of Bathroom contractors, but finally decided on Sunset Tile and Bath because of their quality reputation and they primarily use their own employees to complete the work (very important to me - have had bad experiences with Sub-Contractors who never show up - or disappear without finishing).  Sunset T&B did not disappoint - by far, one of the BEST remodeling companies I have ever used (including here and in other states where I lived).   I started discussions with them in Fall, 2021 and signed a contract in late 2021.  They are much in demand so I had to take my turn on a waitlist until August, 2022 when they began the project.  Very impressed with their designer, Audra who guided me through the process of selecting materials and overall design - and who listened to me when I asked for some changes.  Also impressed with their project crew supervised by Paul who came by daily to check on quality and progress - and who responded promptly to questions and slight modifications during the 2 month install.  They completed the remodel of Bath  # 1 first and was then able to use that while they worked on the larger Master Bath.  Installed a new Deep Soak Tub along with new Rain shower, floors, Quartz counters and it exceeded my expectations.  Their on -site install team was on time every day and did a great job cleaning up each night.  I recommend them and will use them for future kitchen and bath projects.    Here's are pics of the finished Master Bath.   Definitely 5 Stars!

Irving did a great job installing flooring in our laundry room and helping move the big appliances in there. It was quick and good quality work. He also assisted us with installing closet shelves and what not for two closets. Came out great again.

Pelleco Home Design and Sam are excellent partners for DIY remodelers...talking with Sam is worth the time and effort and will result in significant savings and excellent design ideas.

After years of saving, my wife and I managed to purchase our first home in the desirable 85254 zip code and we knew it was going to require a minor modification to master bath and kitchen and our budget was tight.

We contacted Sam after getting another cabinet bid and he took the opportunity to evaluate the other bid and then verify the specifications.  Sam came to our home and measured the kitchen and bath. He called out discrepancies in his effort to find an "apples to apples comparison".

While he was making his measurements, he made several suggestions for how to convert the existing space to reflect current design trends, without going overboard.

His suggestions were spot on, but after disclosing our budget restrictions, he focused his recommendations on the areas we intended to remodel. Note - his ideas for future remodel were excellent.

After taking measurements and asking many questions about the scope of our remodel, he assured me he would have a very competitive bid and would email the specifics later in the day.  

Sam sent the bid as promised and it was significantly lower and had upgrades that others overlooked (Lazy Susans in corners and other subtle but important upgrades). The cabinets he bid were comparable in construction and appearance, and included upgrades.

We continued to refine the bid and expanded the scope of the bid to include counter-tops, back-splash, hardware, sink and vanities.  Each of his bids was easy to read and competitive.

Throughout this process, Sam was/is courteous, professional and takes the time to understand the limitations and considerations of his customer. This made us feel like valued customers at the start of the process and throughout the contracting relationship.

We highly recommend Sam and Pelleco Home Design for those families seeking competitive bids on home remodel projects, including, but not limited to: kitchen, master & guest baths, and living areas (including lighting).

We were particularly impressed with the workmanship. Quality work through and through. Omar and his crew were always here on time and worked very hard to keep the the construction mess to a minimum. He kept us informed of the progress and what to expect each day. He was a pleasure to work with. The finished project was outstanding and we'd highly recommend them!

It has been 6 years and a day doesn't go by that my husband and I don't mention how much we love our master bath and the guest bath that Lon and his amazing crew created for us.  The plan that Lon drew up for us has been perfect for our needs.  The rooms still look as good today as they did when they were completed.  A couple of years ago we had a problem in one of the rooms.  I called Lon and he came out immediately.  It was actually unrelated to the work they had done, but he tackled the issue for us and everything was good as new.  When Lon says he stands by their work, he isn't kidding.  In our case, he went over and beyond by taking care of this unrelated issue so i didn't have to search for someone else.  Having Shower and Bath Connection redo our baths was the best decision we made when hiring someone to work on our house.

We had a wonderful experience with lifetime and especially with Kyle who was in charge of our project!! He went above and beyond and continued to stay in touch and was very hands on making sure everything was perfect for us!

The tile and plumbing job for a remodeled bathroom was completed with precise attention to detail. The prep, and installation of both floor and wall tile were professionally completed. The project remodel looks like the way it should be, Brand New. Wonderful service, and came to work in a timely manner as promised.

We hired Dynamite Construction to build a den addition including a Kitchen remodel. The owner and the entire Dynamite team were amazing. We got exactly what we wanted and more in the timeline promised. The den addition came out better than what we hoped for, and I also have a beautiful white kitchen that I have always dreamed of. We  have ZERO hesitation in recommeding Dynamite construction. They go above and beyond for the satisfaction of their customer.

First the good: their pricing is reasonable and the owner is knowledgeable and friendly. He was commutative and came out within 24 hours of me calling for a quote. However the installation did take longer then quoted. They left construction debris (tile spacers, razor blades, thinset) in the front yard. The tile turned okay. There were a few areas that were roughly cut and spaces left ungrouted. There were also some lips in the tile. My biggest complaint is the quality of work with the trim/baseboards. I reached out to the owner to fix the issues. He told me he would send a guy out for months to fix the trim but never did. He did however refund the money for the baseboards and clean up the front yard which I did appreciate. Not sure if I just had a bad experience with these guys or what but I wouldn't use them again.

Jeff, JDR CONTRACTING, has did several remodels for our home in the past. This time he did a Ledger Stone wall with bookcases, and to say it is beautiful. Is not saying enough! He quoted us a time and $ amount and he came in right on schedule Great job. Jeff!

In 2007 we hired Justin and Caine and Company to do a major addition to our 1950's ranch home in the Camelback Corridor. After interviewing several other contractors and receiving bids from other design/build companies, we were thrilled when we found Justin. He understood exactly what we wanted and what we needed as well as our design aesthetic. He immediately "got" our vision for the project, listened to our needs and walked us through the entire process. We added a bedroom/office, a bathroom, a kitchen, great room, and reconfigured doors, walls, and closets in the existing house to make the addition cohesive.  He completed our addition on time, on budget and with outstanding results. We recently moved into our new Toll Brothers home and had a challenging time looking for a good contractor that will design my entertainment wall at a reasonable and fair price.  With the recent challenges we all face with contractors taking advantage of price "spikes", and long wait time for a project to begin, Canterra Construction beat the competitor's reliability and price!  Initially, I contracted for an entertainment wall design with them.  Cathy took it to a personal level in designing my wall and brought samples of stones and tiles.  She factored in my interior designs, colors, and furniture to select the best.  And wow, my husband and I are so amazed with the professionalism, reliability, designs, and the material used for our wall that it became one of the "wow" factors of my home!  Because of this company's professionalism and awesome work, I continued to contract them for my back and front yard.  Again, Cathy understood our goal.  She uniquely put together another great design at an affordable price.  Next contract is for accent walls and designs for all my rooms.  I am excited for this project. Cathy, and her crew  respect my property, are very friendly, professional and accommodating.  I like how Canterra Construction acknowledges my husband and I for being a Veteran.  Above all, Cathy is very responsive which is the pinnacle of a successful business.  Look no further, they do it all at an affordable budget.  Now, I can say that my Toll Brothers home added more beauty and value to it, thanks to the hard work of Canterra Construction crews!  Thank you so much,for turning my newly designed home into a dream come true!!

Brian and his team previously did a major remodel of my master bath including removing soffits, installing new cabinetry, counter tops, plumbing, lighting, freestanding tub as well as expanding the shower,. They did an excellent job, showed up on time and worked daily on the project through completion.  Aside from their high quality work, they adhered to my budget and communicated regularly throughout the project.  
Brian and his team just finished a major redo of my laundry room, replaced all our can lights with LEDs throughout the house, added four can lights to our family room and master bedroom as well as replaced our water softener.  They did another phenomenal job.
