We found modern innovations on Yelp after a few other companies either turned us down or wanted to charge way to much. We needed a door frame widened to remove an old air conditioning unit from a utility closet. Irving was knowledgable, professional, and affordable. If and when I have more home projects to tackle I will definitely use them again!

My husband and I did a lot of research before choosing a contractor to take down our load bearing wall (in between the kitchen and living room) and raise our ceiling up a couple feet. Bob and his team were the most attentive, personable, and professional of everyone we met. They did a great job with the work they did, while finishing the project on time and very close to our estimated budget. We will definitely be using them again when we add on to our home.

After searching many vendors for the purpose of getting new granite countertops for my kitchen and hall bathroom without finding the kind of quality stone I wanted, I found Petrus Countertops and was immediately well-impressed by the slabs at their warehouse. They hand-pick only the best granite and quartz. I was able to find exactly the kind of grey granite with white streaks that I had in mind. Compared to big box stores and chains, their granite seems more like marble, and can provide unique slabs that bigger chain stores can't. I also was very happy with the quality of the installation work, and the fact that they provide removal of old countertops, the option of adding sinks, and an in-house plumbing service to disconnect and reconnect the sinks and fixtures. I highly recommend Fabio and Luiz at Petrus for all your stone countertop needs.

I contacted the company and requested an estimate. The estimate was well thought out, complete and was very competitive with other estimates we received. Although we did not ultimately have Dynamite complete the small remodeling project, we would certainly look to them in the future. Researched BBB records and reviews and found the company to have a very good record, very professional and promptly responded to our inquiries.

We had horrible layer of wax on our travertine floor. It was really difficult to get remove and it was making our floor look like it was damaged beyond repair. Alex and Carlos were a pleasure to work with and they expertly removed the wax and polished our travertine floor. Now we have a glossy, shiny floor and that made the interior of our house look 10x newer! Super happy!

The tile and plumbing job for a remodeled bathroom was completed with precise attention to detail. The prep, and installation of both floor and wall tile were professionally completed. The project remodel looks like the way it should be, Brand New. Wonderful service, and came to work in a timely manner as promised.

Keith and his crew were awesome from start to finish. I worked with Keith to complete a kitchen and master shower renovation. The tile work by Carlos is simply the BEST I've seen. The guy measures twice and cuts once and it all fits perfect. Paul the plumber knows his job inside and out!! The electricians used were great as well, despite the spray foam insulation they were able to put in new outlets and move others.

Keith is a hands on GC that goes above and beyond to make you happy as a customer. His easy professional style  is beyond his years in the industry.

Very dishonest company. Per them they could not find tile and would have to charge an outrageous amount. I went to the store looking for tile. Guess What, they had the tile.

  The first estimate from "another popular place I won't mention" sent a guy out that just seemed bored with his job and I didn't feel like he was listening to a word I was saying.
 The second one from yet another place sent out a guy that listened, but didn't seem to know what he was doing.
   So glad my third one was Trinity.
I've been dealing with contractors and people in the building industry most of my life and I can say this with 100% certainty.

Their installers are the very, very best as well!

Apache Tile Outlet was recommended to me by one of their previous customers and is THE place to go for professionalism, great customer service, and quality, for the BEST price ANYWHERE!  Ben and his crew, Julio and Jesus, just finished installing my granite kitchen counter top today and it's SPECTACULAR!  It's only been 11 DAYS since I first found the slab of my dreams to today's installation. There was even enough left of the slab to cut a top for my guest bathroom to install later on. Ben goes out of his way to stay in touch and makes sure you get the best deal possible without sacrificing quality workmanship. Jeremy and his helper, the Iceman, did great work for me. Fast and efficient.  I had them build a wooden surround to hide my HVAC. He tore the old one down, brought in new wood, and rebuilt the surround and then painted it with 3 coats of paint. All done in less than 4 hours! Nice guys!

A few months back, my wife and I had a dream of building a barn door to close off the entrance to our drafty master bathroom.  I discovered that we homeowners have a huge choice of handyman/contractors, but when the dust settles, there are only a hand full of pros as good as Elvis M., owner of Dream Builder Renovation LLC.  One of Elvis's outstanding qualities, is his honesty and never ending effort to give the project a perfect result, every time!  That's exactly what we ended up with, a beautiful, silky smooth operating BD that gives us a "thrill", every time we walk into our bedroom. Bid beware. Got a bid from the owner/installer Bill. Went to select and pay for our tile and grout as he said he would furnish the thinset. Received a bid and paid 1/2 down with the balance due at the time of completion. I have remodeled many homes and have also worked in the tile and granite industry for several years. Well, right before the install was to be booked we were told that we were in charge of contacting the delivery company and needed to pay them direct. Really? This was never spoken to me, or written in a separate line in the original bid. I texted Bill and let him know that this was not any industry standard I have ever experienced and it was ignored. At the time for final payment he loudly argued with me and I ended up paying him the original amount. Poor customer service!!

Worked with Ryan for scheduling and Mike for the work. I had a back door installation I needed done and they did an awesome job! Their pricing was extremely competitive and Ryan and Mike were both extremely responsive. Due to my house being totally uneven, the installation took much longer than anticipated. Ryan and Mike made sure to still do a great job and ended up coming back the next day to finish the job and get all the finishes done. I really appreciate the responsiveness and that they did whatever it took to get the job done, even with a smaller job in a crazy market where contractors are a hot commodity. Will definitely be using them again for future projects.

Bryce at HBO Construction was great! He was responsive, on time, and did great work on our bathroom shower.

After several estimates, we knew Bryce was the guy for the job. He was fair and knowledgeable without giving us a crazy dollar amount to do the job.

10/10 will be recommending him to our friends and family!

Ken was a true professional. He was prompt, called before he showed and was prepared for the job.  He brought ideas to the table I had not considered, which in turn made the outcome that much more impressive.  He is incredibly skilled at his work.  He takes his time, is thoughtful, and above all, takes pride in his work.  We were extremely happy with the work he did and continue to hire him for additional jobs.  We will of course refer him to everyone we know as well!  Thanks Ken!!!
