Best Baseboard And Moulding Repair in Phoenix AZ

I've used a contractor once and it was a complete nightmare. I was terrified that I would have similar issues with Dream Builder Renovation and I'm very pleased to announce that they exceeded my expectations.  The price was very fair for the work I needed completed. Also, the work was completed within the time frame I was originally quoted. Maisa is awesome. She would text me throughout the day letting me know when Elvis would be arriving, what items were completed, what will be completed next and when, along with pics so I could see the progress for myself. I also liked how the work was able to completed without me  being present.
I never had butcher block counter tops before , I only had laminate. I love how Elvis brought to my attention that my butcher blocks were not sealed and he recommended that they be sealed. When I purchased my home, the tile job in my master bath was not very good (if I'm being tact). Elvis cut the tile properly; removed old caulk and applied new caulk. Now my tub looks perfect. I wanted sliding closet doors installed. Elvis picked out perfect doors and installed them. He knew exactly what I wanted which saved me a lot of time from having to get it myself. The original tile in my son's bathtub was also crooked and the tub needed to be resurfaced. Elvis took care of that as well for me. I'm very happy with the work and I look forward to calling Elvis again for future projects.

After a FLOOD I was in desperate need of a plumber to isolate and fix the problem, which the guys at Copperstate did in no time! Once my plumbing issue was solved, it was on to the next can of worms. I needed drywall work, electrical, and an entire kitchen! Vince from Copperstate sat down with me and addressed all my needs during the design process and when it was time to get everything repaired and installed Copperstate blew me away again and had my entire kitchen remodeled in an efficient and timely matter! Took these guys a week and they know what they are doing! The proof is in the pudding! I'll definitely be contacting them in the future!

We needed some damaged roof tiles replaced, and Stan did a great job. Just from a picture, he noticed two other tiles that were damaged which I hadn't even noticed before then. Keen eye for detail, which I really liked. Very reasonable, thoughtful, and patient with all my questions.

I have used The Scottsdale Handyman for years. When I used to own rental properties all I did was call Eddie & give him the info about the particular problem &  the contact info on a tenant & Eddie would take it from there. The work was done in a timely manner & never had a complaint about his lack of professionalism or his manners. From installing a water heater to hanging pictures. From fixing irrigation to installing toilet & such, Eddie can do it all. I have found that there is no job too small or too large for The Scottsdale Handyman!

Doug and Bill did an amazing job repairing my balcony. There was more water damage and rot than we even anticipated once the rails were lifted. They came up with the plan how to efficiently and thoroughly resolve the problem. There were no cutting corners, I loved that the job was done right, the materials used were great quality and it was all completed in a little over a day. I am so grateful for their help!
