After not being listened too about what we were looking for, for our bathroom and being quoted and outrageous price we found Irving. He communicated with us through out the whole process and had a fair price. He even helped us out with some additional tasks. Highly recommend him for bathroom remodels!

My girlfriend and I used VETSBuilt to renovate our house after refinancing our house. We were so excited for the house to have a makeover and truly be turned into a home for our family. My girlfriend is a retired combat medic for the army so we were even more excited to use a veteran run company. I would like to warn those of you looking to use this company against it. Our house is beautiful, don't get me wrong, but there were so many mistakes, short cuts, and then there is the fact that there is no warranty on the work.                              -Before beginning the renovation I has asked Bob if I should patch the holes in the house and remove all of the nails/tacks/staples/etc. He had told me not to worry and that the painters would take care of it. The painters failed to remove those items and I know have the pleasure of continuing to remove them and repaint where they were. The holes were patched in a rushed manner. When the sun hits the patches just right, you can see where the left over spackle was smeared over the walls and the hole. Then there is the clean up for the painters. They left paint over numerous light fixtures, baseboards, the new floor, and the ceiling.                     -We originally wanted to get cabinets from Home Depot and had picked out the design and received a quote. Bob told us that his cabinet guy was the best. This was not true. The cabinet guy, his name is Jaime, was far from the best. After having sat down with both Bob and Jaime to design the cabinets, as Bob told us the ones we wanted from Home Depot were no good, the cabinets were designed ENTIRELY wrong. The design was similar to the old cabinetry that we were tossing. We informed Bob, who had told us he remembered the design we chose and agreed the ones built were not what we were paying for. The cabinets were never replaced and we received $500 off for something we didn't want. There were further issues with the cabinets when Bob failed to communicate with his guy that we were no longer able to afford a new vanity for our master bathroom. We had told him we didn't want the vanity but Bob had arranged a deal with Jaime that we could keep this vanity for free...another way to make up for the entire kitchen being done wrong. The vanity was also designed wrong, the drawers require so much force to be opened that most of the time you end up whacking yourself in the leg or crotch. I told Bob this too, and despite him also having difficulties opening the drawers and him watching me attempt to open the drawer and having it hit me in the crotch, he said it would be okay over time. To this very day, I still hit myself. The hinges used by the cabinet guy were put on in a rushed manner, Bob claimed that clients make his guy nervous (we were never in the house when he was here) and one of the cabinet doors is beginning to fall off the hinge. Bob did make an attempt to have Jaime fix the spice rack and the missing stain on the island cabinetry. However, when Jaime arrived he had stated Bob never told him about needing to bring stain to finish the island, I texted Bob right there on the spot and he told me that Jaime doesn't understand English very well so he must not have known what he was talking about.                                 -The floor we had put in began to pop up after Bob's crew left. Bob had the floor installed by someone now well versed in the type of floor we were putting in, the subfloor was uneven and despite putting down the moisture barrier pad, it didn't help - there are spots that sag and where the boards pop. The company we wanted to use would have leveled the sub floor and saved us the hassle of continuously bouncing as we walk through the house. Bob did the measurements for the house to determine how much of the flooring we needed to purchase. He measured wrong every time. I believe we had to make 2 extra trips to the store to get more flooring...which wasn't in the budget. This just seems like a rookie mistake for a contractor. And it was costly.                                                        -We had the master bathroom renovated. The crew Bob used for this portion was very nice. Other than cleaning their equipment down the shower drain and toilet, their tile work looks and is amazing. No flaws! The shower that Bob had done for us is beautiful, but leaks. The joints where the glass meet have not been sealed properly and water spills out onto the floor in a large puddle.                                                                 Like I said, we had huge hopes for our experience and partnership with this company. And it fell short. All of the issues listed above were addressed with Bob directly. Unfortunately, while he talks to you about wanting things to be perfect, and how he understands wanting things done right because you're paying for it - its a lie. Our tub was sinking and creaking and also a different shower was leaking so we had Green Home come out to check it out. We had our fix and remodel completed and now our bathroom looks beautiful, we got a sturdy tub and pricing was reasonable. Really you can tell these guys are honest and hard working. Definitely went the extra mile to help me and my wife. Really happy with their service. 5 stars.

I highly recommend Ceaser and his team. We are currently working on a kitchen remodel and needed to resize a window so we could fit more cabinet space, and his team did an excellent job. They also replaced our ceiling fan and did some drywall repair that turned out great. Ceaser is really great about keeping in contact with you every step of the way and all the people he sends out are very friendly and do an excellent job. Turnaround is also very quick and quotes were fair. It was great to not need to find multiple experts for a complex job on my own!

I needed a new contractor to do some renovations on our new home so we turned to Yelp and and found shepherd contracting. We used Thomas and his team when my new home needed some updating. The communication was above and beyond. We love our new bathrooms and will post updated photos soon!

I hired ABT after getting several quotes for my kitchen remodel.  This was the only company that came in with an estimate in my budget and I liked their process.  First, they came to my house and took measurements, next I went into the showroom to pick potential products, then after that I got a quote.  This was more accurate and easy for me to understand.   The products they use are of high quality, well rated, and there is a variety of price ranges.   They were flexible with the project; I could do the demo and most of the painting on my own to save some money.
When it came time to start the project, I had to wait a bit longer than I expected, but I think what is still considered normal. I made my initial payment to get products ordered on 2/8 and the construction started on 3/27.  There was a 3-4-week lead time to get cabinets ordered.  Once construction started, it went very quickly.  I was traveling, so Bill kept in touch by texting updates, questions, and pictures.  All workers were very friendly and skilled.  At one point, one of them even fixed something in my bathroom, which wasn't part of the project.  I have a dog and they were great with her.  The project was completed on 4/20.  
I cannot say enough about the integrity of this company.  When the countertops were being installed, a small area of the cabinet frame got nicked.  I would have never noticed this on my own, but Bill immediately called to let me know and arranged for it to be fixed.  Also, they worked with me to find options for drawer pulls when my initial choice didn't fit all cabinets.  They didn't sweat the small stuff and just worked to get it fixed.  They also cleaned up very well at the end of each day.  
I cannot say enough about this company.  I had a great remodeling experience.  I did not have to deal with unexpected delays or costs.  I am a single woman who does not know much about construction and at no point did they try to take advantage of that.  I would highly recommend this group and will recommend them to friends and family.  I will also use them again as the need arises.

I contacted the company and requested an estimate. The estimate was well thought out, complete and was very competitive with other estimates we received. Although we did not ultimately have Dynamite complete the small remodeling project, we would certainly look to them in the future. Researched BBB records and reviews and found the company to have a very good record, very professional and promptly responded to our inquiries.

Very professional to say the least. family owned business thats professional and personable is hard to find. They came out and gave a free estimate in a timely manner. From the moment I received a response till after our job was completed we were very happy with White Builder.  We needed our kitchen island to no longer include overhang. We needed it to be about a foot less than it was when house was built.

Not only did White Builder take care of this is short period of time they also found exact match of granite. They arrived on time, completed the island change, and made sure to clean up.  Later the same day the plumber came and installed new faucet. We are so glad we chose White Builder and will reach out if we have other work.

We did a full remodel on our house. The original contractor kind of bailed on us and didn't finish some of the work. We called several companies to finish the job for us. Zach and Terrell finished our project in a matter of days. They came out and gave us an estimate and we were fortunate they could fit us in between jobs.

They installed a custom built in electric fireplace with designer touches. The work turned out amazing. In the past year we've probably had over 50 different companies in our house from plumbers to contractors to painters, etc. Peters Family Construction would get our #1 ranking out of all of them.

Michael knows his stuff! He's a very nice guy that does fast, efficient, and quality work! I spoke to him for a few days while I was searching around for quotes. He was the most reasonably priced and was able to do the work the next day!

He's very professional and friendly! He even gave some suggestions or tips on how to fix other things. There really is nothing more that I can ask of Michael. His work is top quality and he works fast. He's very easy to talk to and doesn't mind answering your questions. He doesn't price gouge or make you feel stupid. I recommend him to anyone!

Harper Stone and Tile is the most amazing company. Perfect craftsmanship, very communicative, and Derren (the owner) is so detail oriented. Please see the pictures of our new guest shower. Everything lines up beautifully and looks phenomenal. Please notice the detail in the pattern, all grout lines are lined up flawlessly. The experience was outstanding. Derren and his team took great care to work in a very clean manner and even provided a paper cover to and from the bathroom so nothing dirty ever came in contact with our floors. I would highly recommend Harper Stone and Tile. I can't wait to do our master bathroom with Harper Stone and Tile in the future.

We had a roof leak into a very small space behind our water heater. There was small water damage and a bit of mold. Other companies quoted us $1700-2700 because they wanted to remove the water heater. Elias was able to do it for a third of the price without removing the water heater! He was a great contractor to work with- let me know when he was on the way and was very understanding of our wanting to keep costs down. He did a great repair job and we plan to ask him to help us with other projects in the house. Thanks Elias!

I have known Keith for years...found them on a site years back and asked if they could help my old boss paint some rooms in our office.  They did great!  Later, I hired them to paint some rooms in my home and install a super cool rock mailbox as my old one was falling apart.  They also painted my old bosses exterior of his home, did lots of electrical, installed some pigeon proof material, and he was super happy with them.  The company is super fast at communicating, estimates, and just  all around great people.  Ask for Keith...he will help get any/all projects taken care of. Amazing company folks...don't look anywhere else!!!

10/10 company. Ray and Tatum are experts with home renovations and have great personable skills. Their company has done several home projects for clients of mine. They can do something as simple as repairs all the way to building you your own custom home. When you think General Contracting.. think Ray Ouellette.

She came by for an estimate. Was friendly and took measurements and said she would get back to us the following Wednesday with the bid. Never followed up with us with an estimate.
