Best Concrete Floor Repair in Phoenix AZ

I had needed help fixing a hole in my drywall and a few other fixes around the house and reached out to VETSBuit to see if this was something they could help with. In less than an hour, they responded saying that not only they could help but would be happy to do so and provided me a handful of times they could come by in the next few days to do the work.

They were incredibly professional and explained the process to me as they started the job. I was curious as to how this worked as I watched a few YouTube videos thinking I could maybe do this myself, but in the end felt it was best to higher a professional.

I was very pleased with their work, professionalism, and helpfulness with me. I would definitely recommend VETSBuilt to anyone looking for a contractor that goes above and beyond your expectations.

Trying to get a contractor out to do the less exciting work is difficult right now.  Multiple contractors told me remodels only and 1 even told me nothing under 20k!  Previously I had contracted with Lowes for my door and they backed out because it was too hard (I kid you not!).   I was straight with Vlad about my less than exciting needs and he was more than willing to do the work. His estimate was the same as Lowes and fairly priced.

Vlad told me his team would be there at a specific date/time.  They showed up EXACTLY as promised to the minute.  They worked efficiently without need of support from me and came prepared to do the job.  I got 1 call about something they saw while working the property; this was my issue, not theirs and I appreciated the fact they told me what they saw.   They didn't mind the fact I would sneak out to look at their work (I like to watch professionals do their job; its fascinating!).  They cleaned up nicely, walked me through what they did, and I paid with a check no hesitation.

So my photos are of the unpainted result; this was as I directed Vlad and his team.  One photos is of a piece of drywall that was sagging that he replaced.
But what I would want you to notice is that the texture in consistent and lines up with the original texturate on the gypsum.  This is what a professional should do; but not all professionals actually do this!  The second photo is of an access door to my air handler that he replaced.  Not exiting; but it had to be done!

Despite all of our efforts to double-check and triple-check our measurements, our new refrigerator was, literally, less than 1/8-inch too tall for our current kitchen cabinet enclosure space. Most contractors wouldn't help us because the job was too small. Ellen jumped in to help us out. The father/son team she engaged was at our house on time (yes, when was the last time a contractor actually showed up on time??).

They jumped right into the problem and were done adjusting the upper cabinet height in no time flat. They did a great job with no complaints or do-overs. In this day 'n age of mediocre inept contractors, this was an incredibly pleasant change from the norm.

Needless to say, White Builder has my vote and I definitely will be referring my friends and neighbors to them.

I called Solid Home Renovation for the second time to have my addition master bathroom remodeled. Danny and team are the best and never disappoint. They are professional and efficient. The work is stunning. Every day they left they would clean up the area and put tools away. Danny provided his ideas and advise which helped put the entire idea into reality. Even when the glass company came they complimented how squared and even the work was which made installing the glass nice and easy. Danny and team do amazing work every time. Next up will be my entire kitchen!

Michael promptly replied to a query for handyman services we needed, returning the call within 5 minutes. Michael came to our house, on a Saturday, to address a number of items in our home. This included fixing a window seal in the master bedroom, patching some dry wall in the laundry room, completing touchup paint work, and most importantly installing a new front door lock. Michael gave us honest feedback on some very easy items we could do ourselves to avoid a future call out and addressed all issues quickly at a fair price.

Strangely, my wife's review was in the non-recommended area.  In any case, I've posted our bathroom photos, the workmanship speaks for itself.  

Mike and his partner did all the tile work, plumbing, electrical and some touchup painting themselves, no subcontractors - with the exception of the glass shower wall/doors, which everyone subcontracts.  Overall, we are VERY pleased with the outcome.

They were on time every single day and completed the project in just under the estimated time of two weeks.  Would have finished even sooner, had the shower door people not needed about a week and a half after measuring (pretty standard - we had a different contractor do our other bathroom and it was a two week wait as well).  
As said, a great job and we plan to call him about our kitchen, hopefully late this year, finances permitting.

We had Petrus Countertops and Remodeling redo our 1990's kitchen countertops, tile backsplash create a center island with custom cabinets and install a new granite composite sink.  My husband and I painted the cabinets ourselves since we wanted to save some money.   After researching several companies and speaking with many; We finally decided to use Petrus.  After we met Fabio I knew this was the company I wanted to do business with.  He is very knowledgable and stays true to his word.  I highly respect a business owner that does this!  Fabio came out measured our kitchen precisely and helped me decide on the granite.  I only had to mention my color choices and style and he knew exactly what granite and color of sink to install.  This project started in the fall and after a few bumps in the road- we now have beautiful new granite countertops!  Fabio even came on a weekend (On his own time) to fix a minor issue I found on the granite slab after the project was completed.  I would absolutely recommend Petrus Countertops and Remodeling.  5 star rating for complete professionalism!  Thank you again!!! I have known Keith for years...found them on a site years back and asked if they could help my old boss paint some rooms in our office.  They did great!  Later, I hired them to paint some rooms in my home and install a super cool rock mailbox as my old one was falling apart.  They also painted my old bosses exterior of his home, did lots of electrical, installed some pigeon proof material, and he was super happy with them.  The company is super fast at communicating, estimates, and just  all around great people.  Ask for Keith...he will help get any/all projects taken care of. Amazing company folks...don't look anywhere else!!!

My husband and I recently bought a house and did some work ourselves to save money where we could but needed a contractor for the rest. I reached out to Dion after having a very difficult time with a contractor, recommended by my sister, and had been left hanging with a tight timeline and torn up house. Dion responded very quickly and we were able to schedule a time for him to come out. He was very professional and understood where I was coming from with our situation. He assured me that he is willing to do any job that we need done and that I could contact him if I needed any changes or adjustments. Just having good communication at that point was amazing. Long story short, my sister worked out the issues with her contractor to have him finish the immediate need. So I did not end up hiring D&D for the first phase but definitely look forward to potentially working with Dion when we move onto our bathrooms! I already recommended D&D to a coworker.

As an interior designer, I'm extremely particular on the trade professionals I work with. I've used Karla on 3 different remodel projects. She and her team are absolutely amazing! I can't say enough about how professional she is. She is extremely knowledgeable, has a high attention to detail, her prices are extremely competitive, and is reliable and trustworthy. Jesus was great! Work was done on time and for the agreed amount. Couldn't ask for better. He even stuck it out through a bit of nonsense with the neighbor about the block wall/fence location. Would highly recommend!

I would highly recommended using Rhino construction for your remodeling needs. We had to completely remodel our entire bathroom and we felt at ease as they communicated and walked us through every step of the way. The owner came over frequently to check on the project and make sure we were happy. Our bathroom turned out great and we get so many compliments. The quality of work was great and the prices are reasonable. We couldn't be more thankful that we chose them.

I paid David Roberts $9000 for a home project in Kingman that he has done little work on that was to be completed in June 2021. I understand that he has personal issues that have complicated his life, however, he is a businessman and needs to complete his contract with me. I will replace this adverse review with a positive recommendation upon completion of the project. David did call me today assuring me that he would get back on the job. Let's get it done, David. Until then I could not recommend doing business with you.
