Dream Builders Renovations. On their first visit They installed a cabinet in my laundry room at a very reasonable price. 2nd visit installed 2 sinks, 2 faucets & 2 fans - great price & Quick! 3rd visit finished a floor project I have not had time to finish & as always at a reasonable price! They respond quickly to calls & get the job done right!

We inquired for Michael regarding various items for repair at our rental property. He went out to the property and then charged a ridiculously high amount before clarifying with us first his charges. He did not properly fix everything on the list and the painting was sloppy. That was disappointment because we had used him two other times for smaller projects. Every time we used him he was prompt to respond however then he would be really pushy to get paid immediately and he would never clean up after himself and said that wasn't included in his quoted rate. I do not trust this guy, he is in it for a quick buck, not for doing right for the customer for the long haul. Be careful if you don't get a clear quote with him ahead of time or he is then says the project turned out to be more complicated so tries to charge more. And you have more than a couple of items needed be careful because he is very disorganized and gets sloppy trying to be really fast all of the time. He does not have a form receipt but just texts or emails quotes only.

I had Jeremy out to do work on my house in 2020 during the beginning of the pandemic. I selected him after an exhausting review of handyman/contractors (as I had already been taken to the cleaners by my HOA & insurance recommended contractor). Jeremy was a breath of fresh air and even more knowledgeable & HONEST than the writeups depicted. His rates were fair, he listened when discussing issues, he knew his stuff, had a great team (himself, Oscar, & Dustin) and did an outstanding job! [Myriad of work performed: Installed - exhaust fan, wall drop table, handicap bar outside shower; repaired good-sized window frame leak; restored deck ceiling and cracks due to excessive downstairs jackhammering after flooding (no one else even wanted to come out & look at the deck. Jeremys team came out and acted like no big deal (with no huge price tag - they were wonderful)! Cemented light crumbling of stair edges; & patched up rusting around tub overflow valve]. I found Jeremy to be in high demand, but definitely worth the wait. Thank you, stellar job Jeremy and team. You Rock!

We needed some damaged roof tiles replaced, and Stan did a great job. Just from a picture, he noticed two other tiles that were damaged which I hadn't even noticed before then. Keen eye for detail, which I really liked. Very reasonable, thoughtful, and patient with all my questions.

I've been using Eddy for the last few years and I highly recommend him.  He's worked on multiple projects big and small for me, with rental properties, selling a home and buying a new home that needed a lot of work, and I even flew him out to the east coast to work on a bathroom renovation at a vacation home.  He's very meticulous with his work and always makes sure you're happy with the results.  Very trustworthy and reasonable with his rates, much better than other handymen I have used before.

Ruben is such a great guy! We had a big repair needed for our Air Conditioner, and it was late at night, and he was able to come and help us and fixed the AC with like 1 hour notice. He saved the day!! It was super hot that night (it was this past Thursday night) and he was able to get the AC back and running. So we were able to survive the Phoenix heat!  Thanks Ruben. Joshua gave the project personal attention from beginning to end and was agile enough to jump in to take care of any detail that needed to be addressed. His crew was the best of the best. They were not hurried and had no desire to do anything short of the best job they could do, even at what seemed to be personal expense. Everyone's dedication to the job was inspiring.

They didn't show up after we agreed on the date and time. I didn't find out until I asked my Tennant if the issues were addressed. He said he didn't even call or text to let him know he wouldn't show. He also had my number and didn't call or text.

I paid David Roberts $9000 for a home project in Kingman that he has done little work on that was to be completed in June 2021. I understand that he has personal issues that have complicated his life, however, he is a businessman and needs to complete his contract with me. I will replace this adverse review with a positive recommendation upon completion of the project. David did call me today assuring me that he would get back on the job. Let's get it done, David. Until then I could not recommend doing business with you.
