From the moment I received a response till after our job was completed we were very happy with White Builder.  We needed our kitchen island to no longer include overhang. We needed it to be about a foot less than it was when house was built.

Not only did White Builder take care of this is short period of time they also found exact match of granite. They arrived on time, completed the island change, and made sure to clean up.  Later the same day the plumber came and installed new faucet. We are so glad we chose White Builder and will reach out if we have other work.

How often can you say what an awesome experience remodeling a master bath was?
M2 just finished our master bath and it could not have gone smoother or turned out better. Mark really has his act together. He is on top of each job, communicating schedules and the work that will be done each day. His trades people are all excellent and have been with him for years in most cases. The tile and plumbing job for a remodeled bathroom was completed with precise attention to detail. The prep, and installation of both floor and wall tile were professionally completed. The project remodel looks like the way it should be, Brand New. Wonderful service, and came to work in a timely manner as promised.

I was referred to Danny Pehrson, owner of Solid Home Renovations, by a neighbor who had
used him several times in the past.  Danny came over to look at some plumbing that the former owner had done himself, and done poorly because he was not a plumber.  Danny looked at the work, told me what needed to be done to correct it and what the cost would be.  We set up an appointment - he was here on time, had to crawl around in an attic when it was 106 outside -
finished the job and cleaned up after himself.  

A few weeks later I called to ask him about a leaky toilet and installing an electrical outlet in
the guest bath.  Again, he looked at the problem areas, gave me a quote - we set up a date for
him to do the work.  He was here, had an electrician do the electrical outlet, he did the plumbing
and they both cleaned up after themselves.

I love contractors who 1. show up when they say they will 2. give you a quote that doesn't give you a heart attack 3 and clean up after themselves.  

I would recommend this company to anyone.  Great work, courteous and professional men.

If you're looking for a general contractor, highly recommend Kyle King. We had a wall removed, cabinets and countertops pulled, and some electrical rewiring. He was very flexible with us as changes were made while he progressed with the job. Job was completed faster than expected and was extremely clean throughout the process.  Received several quotes, he was the most competitively priced, great comms, and he's local to Queen Creek. Our Kitchen Remodel was a long process, but the new custom cabinets, counter tops, electrical, drywall, plumbing, appliances, and painting process were finally completed.
The Backsplash, over the cooktop and counter, was the last step.
We contacted several installers from lists provided by the tile stores.
We received no return calls.
Finally, we decided to try Yelp. Our Yelp search for Backsplash installers listed Golden Bear Contracting.
We called Michael, the owner of Golden Bear Contracting.
He answered our call and said he could come out that afternoon and give us a quote.
We wanted to show Michael the tile we had selected and also the Mosaic we had purchased to go over the cooktop.
The Mosaic contained thousands of really small tiles, and we wanted to be sure Michael could install it.
He answered all of our questions about installing the Mosaic and gave us a few suggestions on outlining the Mosaic with darker Pencil tiles.
We decided on the spot that Michael was the contractor to do our installation.
He gave us a date about two-weeks out for the installation and we shook hands on the deal.
Michael arrived on the promised day at exactly 8am and got right to work.
The job was finished, as promised, around noon the next day.
Everything, including the mosaic, went perfectly.
The grouting and the tile sealing went smoothly and the finished product looks absolutely great.
His cleanup was spotless and we couldn't be more pleased with the results.
We'll be remodeling our master bathroom next and we had Michael look at the bathroom and make suggestions.
Turns out that he actually specializes in Bathroom remodels.
We were very impressed with our backsplash and also with his suggestions on the bathroom remodel.
We've decided to call Michael when we're ready to tackle the bathroom.
He is very professional, courteous, punctual and, when it comes to tile, he's Great.

After searching many vendors for the purpose of getting new granite countertops for my kitchen and hall bathroom without finding the kind of quality stone I wanted, I found Petrus Countertops and was immediately well-impressed by the slabs at their warehouse. They hand-pick only the best granite and quartz. I was able to find exactly the kind of grey granite with white streaks that I had in mind. Compared to big box stores and chains, their granite seems more like marble, and can provide unique slabs that bigger chain stores can't. I also was very happy with the quality of the installation work, and the fact that they provide removal of old countertops, the option of adding sinks, and an in-house plumbing service to disconnect and reconnect the sinks and fixtures. I highly recommend Fabio and Luiz at Petrus for all your stone countertop needs.

Darren is great to work with! Not only is he professional but he is honest. We are remodeling and it's always very hard to find good contractors. I'd recommend him to anyone! His work is clean and precise and was completed exactly when he said it would be. He went above and beyond for us! We are very picky about small details and he took the extra time to make sure everything was beyond perfect. We will be using him for other jobs whenever possible! Wish he could do the whole remodel for us haha

PHX Floors & More did a great job with our projects. They were professional, timely and so easy to work with. They provided updates and kept us in the loop on the projects. We initially hired them for one project and added on 4 more. We'd definitely recommend them and plan to work with them again in the future. Our flooring, quartz and tile work all look great!

Stan did a great job with putting up our Courtyard lights. Had a great sense of what we wanted he was knowledgeable and professional. I'll hire for anything I need done home improvement wise.

The quote the owner gave us was competitive and i had decided to hire him.  But before hiring him i sent an email asking for their license number and two references I received no reply whatsoever. Weird !!!

After many years in our home, we decided to pull the trigger and shop for granite counter tops to replace the Corian in our kitchen.  We initially shopped at the big box stores.  Friends of ours used one of the big box stores for their granite and were not pleased with the process.  (Our friends actually felt like the contractor because they had to coordinate with all the sub-contractors).  At first glance the big box stores seem to have decent prices, however, when you sit down and look at the details, there is an up charge for almost everything, including the edge cut on the granite, plumbing, demolition, and haul away.

We saw an advertisement for Tintas Granite & Flooring in the West Valley Star magazine and decided to check them out.  After walking through their doors we felt like we were a valued customer and were given all the time we needed.  Colton took the time to show us all their granite and was very knowledgeable about their products.  It was an easy decision to select Tintas for our kitchen remodel.

Our experience with Tintas exceeded our expectations of what working with a contractor should be.  We had a single contact that checked in with us during each step of the process.  The cost of our project was at least 20% less than the big box stores, no up charges and there is no doubt the quality of the work was superior.  Throughout the process Tintas insured that all work was done correctly and made any adjustments to insure we were completely satisfied with the final outcome.  They stood behind their work and product and we will not hesitate to go to them again for our next project.  We would easily recommend them to anyone for any home improvement project.

I just got off the phone with Shane's dad and told him I was almost in tears...with joy that is. My countertops far exceeded my expectations. Our remodel took a down turn when the original one we chose (two months ago) turned out to be out of stock at another store we were doing business with.
