We were in the middle of a tragic bathroom remodel in which the previous contractor took the money and left. We had previously received a quote from Ellen and after coincidentally running into her we asked if she could help. She was willing to help even after we did not choose her for the job due to the competing quote being a little cheaper.

She and her team came in and repaired many errors that the previous contractor made. They did a phenomenal job and we are thrilled with the way that our bathroom came out in the end. Her team showed up when promised and worked very carefully and precisely. They did not leave a mess as the previous contractor did.

I recommend White Builder for any project that you have in mind, keep in mind that many parts are delayed beyond any contractors control at this point. (it took almost 3 months to get a bathtub).

Ellen is great to work with And keeps you informed of any setbacks or unforeseen changes throughout the process. Her team is great to work with and we thank them for fixing the absolute mess that the previous contractor got us into.

Michael was great. He came out quickly to remove and repair some moldy drywall in my bathroom. He walked me through all of his steps, offered me great tips on my project, and did a great job with the project. He really when above and beyond, and was very responsive. Our experience with PETRUS Countertop and Remodeling was beyond expectation.  We consulted and visited with other similar businesses in Phoenix and decided to go with PETRUS.  There was not a single person connected with this company that was not friendly, welcoming and well informed about the business.  From Jennifer who was the first contact at the showroom (excellent  business phone skills) who opened the door to their office and showed us the area where stone slabs are on display.  We met Luiz, head of showroom sales and estimates.  He set up the visit to our home to measure our the countertop which needed replacing.  When the day arrived for measurements, it was the owner who appeared, Fabio Silva.  Friendly and reassuring.  We had a situation where the vessel sink could not be separated from the top and the entire counter with sink attached needed to be removed, one piece!  We found a beautiful quartz remnant but in the stack was not fully exposed to see and Luiz arranged to have it pulled out for us to view.  Not only was the work done very quickly, they had it fabricated and installed days before the original date, then they showed up an hour early : )  The installers were so pleasant, quiet and professional throughout the entire procedure.  Our job was a very small one but no one projected that because it was evident this company values it's customers.  PETRUS is the company you want to think of first for any remodeling.  480-281-2675, 1437 N. 27th Lane, Phoenix 85009

We had a roof leak into a very small space behind our water heater. There was small water damage and a bit of mold. Other companies quoted us $1700-2700 because they wanted to remove the water heater. Elias was able to do it for a third of the price without removing the water heater! He was a great contractor to work with- let me know when he was on the way and was very understanding of our wanting to keep costs down. He did a great repair job and we plan to ask him to help us with other projects in the house. Thanks Elias!

My wife and I recently moved into a new home that was looking pretty rough on the outside. We set up a walkthrough with Global Elite Builders to look into painting the interior and exterior. They gave us a fantastic quote,  we were ready to book, and then they took it upon themselves to find dangerous problems with our home's electrical wiring. We booked immediately.

We needed some damaged roof tiles replaced, and Stan did a great job. Just from a picture, he noticed two other tiles that were damaged which I hadn't even noticed before then. Keen eye for detail, which I really liked. Very reasonable, thoughtful, and patient with all my questions.

Brian and his team previously did a major remodel of my master bath including removing soffits, installing new cabinetry, counter tops, plumbing, lighting, freestanding tub as well as expanding the shower,. They did an excellent job, showed up on time and worked daily on the project through completion.  Aside from their high quality work, they adhered to my budget and communicated regularly throughout the project.  
Brian and his team just finished a major redo of my laundry room, replaced all our can lights with LEDs throughout the house, added four can lights to our family room and master bedroom as well as replaced our water softener.  They did another phenomenal job.

We hired VAM Construction and Remodeling to close in a drywall entertainment.  Their estimate was 42% lower than the highest bid.  The project included closing in the entertainment center, removing an old TV from a different wall, patching and painting that wall, installing an electric fireplace, and hanging a Frame TV.  VAM arrived as scheduled.  They began work on the Monday before Thanksgiving (11/21/22) and it was completed on Tuesday, 11/30/22.  VAM employees were friendly, competent, and asked questions to ensure the project met expectations. The wall looks better than I imagined. I'm so happy I chose VAM and will call them for our next project.  THANK YOU!

Have known the owner for a while, but this was the first time I've actually used his business for handyman services.  The project was a dishwasher installation (remove old, install new).  It was completed without a hitch!  Eddie was on time, did an excellent job, verified everything was OK, and cleaned up afterward.

Ruben the owner himself came out to my house and installed a doggie door, he is the most professional person you will ever meet. He was fast and neat, if you need anything done around your house I highly recommend B4 and After home repair.

We had a flood at our rental. The complete destruction of our dining room happened. Red Eye Construction came in and did a beautiful job with the put back and with quality materials, and in a very timely manner. They worked so well with our tenant who is having a very rough time in his personal life right now. I meet Chris through a realtor's design person who recommended Chris Schott Development to spruce up our kitchen with new back splash and tiling of a fireplace.   He sent the best tile man I have ever seen hang tile.  It was perfectly done, neat, and not over the top expensive.  It looks beautiful and it made the whole room look fresh and updated.  

Then I wanted to remodel our bathroom.  Afraid of the cost for such a large remodel, I asked around and called some recommended contractors, two of which never showed up and one who came by but then never returned my calls or sent a bid to do the remodel.  

So, I called Chris. He and Aaron arrived in short order taking in all my ideas (some pretty silly I am sure) and we talked through all the possibilities.   Chris and Aaron paid so much attention to detail and took the extra time to explain how and why things needed to selected or installed in a certain manner in the bathroom.

Chris and his team helped me with this remodel during a very difficult family time and showed great compassion.  Chris's team instinctively understand my struggles with selecting colors, making decisions on lights, and tile yet they remained patient and understanding.  

They are an extremely professional and talented team of hard working honest man. They were prompt, very neat making sure everything was covered, and they went way beyond the scope of the job to make sure I was happy with the end results.  The bathroom turned out very elegant.  I am so proud to show it to very one. Of course, taking people into your master bath is a little strange I suppose.

Chris and Aaron often helped with extra items without any additional cost.  The Schott Development firm has a great deal of integrity and drive to severe their customers in a fair and cost efficient manner.

I would recommend them to anyone for any construction project.

I paid David Roberts $9000 for a home project in Kingman that he has done little work on that was to be completed in June 2021. I understand that he has personal issues that have complicated his life, however, he is a businessman and needs to complete his contract with me. I will replace this adverse review with a positive recommendation upon completion of the project. David did call me today assuring me that he would get back on the job. Let's get it done, David. Until then I could not recommend doing business with you.
