A true pleasure to work with, Bob and the team came out quickly, quoted competitively, and most important, performed great work. They kept me informed from start to finish, so I knew exactly what was going on through each phase of the project. The quality and professionalism is second to none. This was no small job, as it included severe damage to first and second floor balconies, stucco, large wooden beams, spiral staircase, flooring and wood rot. They came through for my family and I to get my home back to 100%. Bob and VETSBuilt will be the only home remodel/renovation contractor I use. I sincerely recommend this company. I highly recommend Ceaser and his team. We are currently working on a kitchen remodel and needed to resize a window so we could fit more cabinet space, and his team did an excellent job. They also replaced our ceiling fan and did some drywall repair that turned out great. Ceaser is really great about keeping in contact with you every step of the way and all the people he sends out are very friendly and do an excellent job. Turnaround is also very quick and quotes were fair. It was great to not need to find multiple experts for a complex job on my own!

I contacted the company and requested an estimate. The estimate was well thought out, complete and was very competitive with other estimates we received. Although we did not ultimately have Dynamite complete the small remodeling project, we would certainly look to them in the future. Researched BBB records and reviews and found the company to have a very good record, very professional and promptly responded to our inquiries.

We went with RH Design & Build for an interior remodel including a complete kitchen renovation.  Despite some challenges along the way, we could not be happier with the end result.  We recommend RH Design & Build for their professionalism and craftsmanship.

Danny recently completed  two projects for me. One was a laminate flooring and subway tile backsplash installation. The other job was replacing two toilets.  Both jobs were completed above expectations. People have even commented  how great the flooring and backsplash  look. Both were completed on time and within the budget. The jobs were left clean every day that his crew was working on them. He finished the plumbing job in a couple hours. Having worked  with construction trades people in the past, Danny is a true professional. He knows how to price a job and get it done within the time frame he quotes.  I will call him first for all my renovation needs. He will probably be busy, but I will wait for the quality work.

Michael immediately answered my online request, which in itself is worth 5 stars. He is honest, fair, hardworking and knowledgeable. He is great at problem solving and overcoming challenges. I recommend him for larger construction type projects but the meticulous cosmetic details you may want to finish yourself. I will definitely call Michael again for future projects!

After researching a few contractors, I chose Golden Bear contracting to do our 3 bathroom remodels. I could not have been happier with my choice. Mike did an outstanding job. He put in new countertops, sinks, faucets, flooring, mirrors, tile, reconfigured our shower, enclosed our tub, painted, etc. He was so easy to talk to, was always available to answer my many questions, such a hard worker, very responsible, and reliable. I am thrilled with my new bathrooms. If you have any doubts, read his reviews and hire him. You'll be so happy that you did!!

Awesome tile installation! We have used Harper Stone and Tile for both of our houses and Derren does an amazing job! He is such a perfectionist and follow-up is outstanding. We plan to use this company again for more of our remodeling projects.

We had a roof leak into a very small space behind our water heater. There was small water damage and a bit of mold. Other companies quoted us $1700-2700 because they wanted to remove the water heater. Elias was able to do it for a third of the price without removing the water heater! He was a great contractor to work with- let me know when he was on the way and was very understanding of our wanting to keep costs down. He did a great repair job and we plan to ask him to help us with other projects in the house. Thanks Elias!

Keith our lead was knowledgable and happy to guide us, he gave me advice along the way that saved us a ton of money!

The quote the owner gave us was competitive and i had decided to hire him.  But before hiring him i sent an email asking for their license number and two references I received no reply whatsoever. Weird !!!
