He is very professional, informative and and friendly without being overly aggressive or pushy. My husband and I immediately agreed that this was the company we wanted to work with to replace our windows. Imperial's pricing is highly competitive. The installers were great as well. They were prompt, professional and friendly. Bob followed up with us to see if we were satisfied with our windows, and we are. They look fantastic.
