Avoid them like you would avoid herpes. They don't return calls and the owner doesn't return emails.  Their workmanship is shotty and they don't go the extra mile. We recently sold our home and roof had so many issues even though this company worked on it in the past year. Our chimney was missing a cap, something the Mikku crew should have noticed. I could go on, but you get the picture. Trust your roof to anyone else. Trust me.

They were very quick to respond to my request to have somebody come out and look at my roof as well as very quick and responsive to get me my quote. It was a difficult decision for me to make but unfortunately I didn't get to use them due to the cost, but highly recommend them even though I didn't have the opportunity to use them.

Jose and his crew have serviced my roof 2 times now and always do a great job at a more than reasonable price.  While several other companies wanted me to pay upfront just to come and do an inspection of the damages, Jalisco showed up the next day to assess the damages, gave me a very reasonable quote and had the leak fixed the same day....I didn't even have to be home as they sent me all of the before and after pics.

The roof on my central phoenix home was destroyed in the hail storm of Oct 5th, 2010. I received three estimates from different roofers in the area. Advance Roofing Systems was several thousands of dollars less than the others. I met with the owner Ken who was very professional and assured me that they would clean up their work area daily during the project. I have yet to find a roofing nail around the yard and the new roof looks fantastic! They not only replaced the attic vents on my roof but painted all vents, exhaust pipes and air conditioning duct to match. Many of my neighbors had their roofs replaced and not one of their contractors had this kind of attention to detail. Love my new painted desert roof!

We had a small issue with our roof and had Titan come out and look at it. Johnny showed up on time and addressed our problem. He also took the time to educate us on the cause of the problem and what we needed to do to maintain a heathy roof. If you are looking for someone who is on time, knowledgeable and takes pride in what he does, this is the company to call. I know in the future we will be using Titan for all our roofing needs. I have an uncle who has owned a roofing company for over 50 years in my home state.  I know quality work.  I did not know of a good roofing company here in Arizona.  I was relying on reading reviews and requesting quotes on Yelp.  A Foremost Roofing was very responsive to my quote and my questions, drove past my home to take a look and provided me with a reasonable quote to repair the tiles that had flown off during a monsoon.  They scheduled the repair the same week; the roofer was prompt and quick and completed the repair before I left for work. The pricing is reasonable, their work impeccable; they did an excellent job; cleaning up afterwards and leaving the roof clean. I would highly recommend them!

We called Castile Roofing and Chris  called back.  He texted me a price and said he could do the work the next day. We told him to come he had his son  Aiden come to help him.  He was very knowledgeable, and professional.  He got the job done quickly and was pleasant to deal with.  We will definitely use Castile Roofing again.
