What a wonderful company... I had some electrical work completed at my house and the technician that came out was phenomenal... James was knowledgeable, thorough, kind, and was so very helpful... my home now looks like amazing!!! I would highly recommend this company because they have fair pricing, reputable and skilled staff, and overall great communication... there was not one complaint.

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. Absolutely TEN star service! Great experience from the minute I called them and talked to their fabulous receptionist Beth, to the electric supervisor, Ben and then Duane and his colleague who came to our house to help provide guidance on our appliances and suggestions.

While searching for a Dallas Plumber in Google I found Circle-E at circle-e.com.  I called them right away and I could not be more pleased with the quality of their service and the professionalism of their staff.

my air condition capacitor went out in extreme heat above 110 degrees
I called COMFORT EXPERTS INC ac services and they sent some one to my house first I tried to buy the capacitor at Home Depot and Lowes they were out of the one I needed I tried on line and found several but it took 3 days delivery and I couldn't wait because of the extreme heat the capacitor is 36 dollars they charged me 430 dollars for the part and 99 dollars for labor technician was here no more than 10 minutes it was an out side job don't deal with this company they are taking advantage of people specially in these hard times they know you have no choice but to pay they sucker you with 99 dollars service call but they rip you off  with the part prices they are not an honest business .

Paid the $99 initial fee after there was damage to pool pump.  Technician said, no issues with wiring, need to call pool guys to come out.     Pool guys replaced filter and called Milestone back who did another assessment for $263.99.

After digging 5-8 inches into the ground, they said the wiring needs to be replaced and provided quotes to repair.

After looking at the lousy quotes ranging from $7500-$8000, which lacked detail, I called Milestone and waited for the tech to call me back so I could decipher his quotes.

After talking to the tech, it was clear this did not cover everything , including tearing up a pool deck, repouring it, etc.

The electrician was very junior and lacked any real skill.

I called another electrician and solved the problem by spending $500 on wiring and conduit and fixed it ourself in 5 hours.

Including photos as well so Milestone does not try to claim any inaccuracy..  

Stay away from this company.   Pathetic at best.

Henry does quality work for reasonable pricing. He always responds quickly especially in emergencies. He is the only company we call.
