Came out early the next day. Gave us a clear explanation of what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. Completed the job quickly and cleaned up after. We'll be using Matthew from top tech for now on

First, the button on the Yelp site says you will get a quote within 30 minutes. I did not get a quote when I sent the message through the Yelp site explaining the issue. Instead, an hour or so later, I received a message requesting my name and phone number. I promptly responded. I didn't hear back until the following day when a representative called me and asked what was going on.  I again explained the issue (or he read back to me what I had described in the original message) and said we can help with that. Again, no quote for what was going on - only an explanation of the trip charge (I did not get an answer as to what was possibly going on with half the circuits if I had potentially overloaded only the kitchen.) I agreed to the trip charge, but I wasn't available the next day (Monday), so an appointment was scheduled for Tuesday AM.  The electrician, Anthony, was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with questions I had. I give the company a star for that. But, as I have come to find out, the symptoms I described were not of what I erroneously believed to be an overload, but of a bad leg. And, as the power company repairman explained, look to see if the meter is running or blank to determine if the bad leg is the power company's responsibility or the homeowner's. Knowledge is power. As a recent (less than 6 months) first-time  homeowner, I had no knowledge (and only half-power). Now, I have some knowledge (and full power). I feel a knowledgeable person at Hop2It could have explained the possible cause when I requested the quote (which I never received) and told me to, first, check the meter.  That could have avoided both the trip charge and the diagnostic charge on the meter box. Also, when I asked a direct question, they avoided answering it - only saying they could help with that. I pretty much knew that, since they were presumably  knowledgeable (highly rated) electricians. So, in retrospect, there were red flags that were raised from the original contact and I cannot recommend this company.

Very professional. Was notified when the tech would arrive and he was on time, polite and conversational. Estimate was fair and clearly explained. He installed a ceiling fan and corrected a 3-way switch wiring error. And he patiently explained how the wiring should work.  Would hire them again any time!!!

Turner Electric is always my go-to for electrical work. They are knowledgeable and professional, and they have a great vision for lighting design in any part of your home, inside or outside. My home feels more inviting at night with the exterior lighting, and is more energy efficient with the updates inside as well. Morgan signed off on some electrical work by my builder that the builder failed to pull a permit for.  The city wouldn't grant a permit without this. I ended up having issues with outlets. I called Morgan and they showed up fast and figured out the issues. They stand by their word. That's pretty rare nowadays. The will be my go to electricians going forward.

So very thankful for HR Phoenix Electrical Services!  We had a power surge at our house, our electrical panel went out, Paul came right out with his team and took great care of our family and got power back to our house within just a few hours at reasonable rates.  We will for sure be calling them back for any electrical needs for our home in the future!  Thanks again!

Gabriel Carroll of Carroll Services Company is a great place to call if you need electrical work! He is very knowledgeable, efficient and professional. He took down our old ceiling fan and hung our new one. He also removed the old front door light and the back door light and installed two new ones. I will definitely call him when I need help in the future. His number is 817-320-9721.

Needed GFI's replaced and surge protector installed. They came 2 days after I called and took care of everything in a couple of hours at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them for electrical work.

I called to have a new Kitchen Faucet installed yesterday morning. They were able to come out and install it by noon the same day.
And they were less than half the cost I was quoted by another plumbing service.
Juan was in and out in under 40 minutes!

ABR did a great job with the electrical repairs we needed as we were selling our home. They were communicative, prompt and thorough, explaining everything they were doing in order to make the repairs. I would definitely call them again and recommend them!

Kevin did an outstanding job. I had to wire up a barn with a light and two outlets way out in the country. Kevin drove a long way (outside of his normal service area) to make it happen. Great service by a local family business! Just the kind of folks I like to support! Timely response with proposal, scheduled within a will, showed up income, knew exactly how to fix, did the job professionally, very friendly throughout the visit. They fit me in the same day I called. They were professional in dress and manner. I was pleased at how quickly he was able to diagnose all four wiring problems I had. Not only did they do the work quickly, he went out of his way to explain everything done and why. The 12 month warranty on all work done is a benefit I didn't expect. I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. I had Tioga out to my house a few months back to do some plumbing.  They we're great!

I needed some electrical work done.  They were supposed to come on Thursday to give me a bid.  The tech got caught up in a job that took longer than expected so I got pushed to Friday.  Friday morning came and went.  I called and was told that due to on demand scheduling they would be out to see me later in the afternoon.  

So at almost 2 pm on Friday afternoon, I got the call that the tech was on his way.  I voiced my frustration to the lady but she gave my the company line that this was on-demand scheduling and I was free to go about my day and they would gladly give me a 30-minute advanced notice.

I obviously don't understand how on-demand scheduling works but I am ok with that.  From my perspective,  as a customer that was supposed to be helped on Thursday, I should have been helped first thing Friday morning.
