He and Brandon installed a Transfer Switch and did it really efficient. I will absolutely be using them for all future electric needs. Their pricing was also very fair which is rare in the industry

Very professional. Was notified when the tech would arrive and he was on time, polite and conversational. Estimate was fair and clearly explained. He installed a ceiling fan and corrected a 3-way switch wiring error. And he patiently explained how the wiring should work.  Would hire them again any time!!!

Turner Electric installed my ring security devices; removed two old home alarm systems and other assorted old phone jacks, motion sensors, alarms, and wiring; and fixed the electric post lamp in the front yard. Not only are they the best electricians I've ever worked with, they're honest and nice people who really informed me about my options and went the extra mile to try to achieve everything I was wanting to do--and exceeded my expectations. For the combined experience of a father-son team, and the great quality of their work, I found their prices very fair. They completed a day's work painlessly and were just fun to have around. A couple weeks out and everything's working perfectly.  I would not hesitate for a second to call them again & highly recommend.

I rarely give 5 stars anymore. Doug deserves 10. When I say he was God sent, that is the truth. I needed an honest, reliable and heaven sent vendor today. Long story short, prayers answered. Beyond being one of the nicest people I have met in a long time, he was so incredibly kind & generous.

I reached out last night for a breaker issue. He responded first thing this morning, made time for me in his schedule to come and look at my issue without a cost.

He gave me an honest assessment of my issue, told me what next steps would help in the event that I have another power surge and he fixed my outlet box.

To top this off, he saw an issue with my electrical box outside and stayed with me while I called Oncor to fix it. I am blessed to have found him. If you need an electrician, look no further.

He has those 5 stars for a reason. I have him on speed dial and my search for an electrician is over.

HR Phoenix Electric was great. First, they responded within 5 minutes with a quote for my job (I requested quotes through Yelp). Second, they were about $100 cheaper than the others ($500 cheaper than another company!). The project was installing a 50v plug (like for a dryer) for my car charger. Chase showed up on time, and he explained everything that needed to be done including cutting a hole in the drywall. Apparently some people don't realize these are electricians, not drywall people. He then asked me my preference on a white or stainless steel outlet. He did excellent work and was clean without leaving a mess. I was extremely happy!

My husband and I were looking at adding some recessed lights in our bedroom as the only light we had in there came from the fan and it was very dim. We found Gabe on Angieslist and with excellent reviews my husband called him up. We were impressed at how quickly we were able to get him to come out to get the lights installed. Gabe was very personable and professional in his work. He took his time setting up in the room and making sure he had the entire area covered in plastic to avoid the dust from drywall getting everywhere (which as a Mom and homemaker I really appreciated. He did exactly what we wanted, 4 recessed lights, 2 of which are able to be maneuvered to shine on the wall. He also changed the switch out on the wall to incorporate the new light switch and added an outlet for the tv. The lights involved cutting into the ceiling, I was kinda dreading this but Gabe did a great job and it all looked neat and tidy. He even vacuumed when he was done. Thanks Gabe!

We bought our 40 year old house unfinished after a remodel to the studs.  Lights were not working in multiple rooms and some shady wiring had been done to remove walls...so needless to say it was a challenge.  Charlie Brown Electric came out on 4 different occasions.  They fixed/added light switches, installed 2 ceiling fans, chased down mystery wires in the attic in 100 degree weather, moved and installed ceiling fixtures.  We were so pleased with their work we just kept calling them out for more.  These guys work by the hour and they work fast.  We sleep easy now because literally every issue was dealt with and the cost was great.

Kevin is a good, honest, and hardworking electrician. I am glad I hired him to upgrade my main panel and subpanel. He made one minor mistake, which the inspector found. But he came out the next day to correct it. He even replaced the drywall and repaired the stucco that he cut. Most electricians will not do that. I recommend him and would certainly hire him again.

Wow!  I called and spoke with Dan.  I told him my problem.  He said to call Oncor because it sounded like something they would need to handle.  He assured me that if that didn't fix the problem he would come out tonight.  Like he knew what I was thinking....he says I know it sounds like I'm putting you off but they will get there quickly and many times this is an issue they will need to fix.  Oncor came out and are fixing the problem right now.  Arlington Electrical Services saved me at least $2-300.  Also!  He was relieved when I called back so he wouldn't have to worry about it tonight.  Very very nice man and you won't get ripped off.  Thank you Dan!  You ROCK!

These guys were fantastic! We had an issue with water temperature in just one faucet in the house. They scheduled us quickly, showed up on time, and were super friendly. They got us taken care of promptly, couldn't recommend them enough!

First of all, this is family run business.  Todd (the master electrician) and his wife run the business. I always enjoy doing business with small family own companies.  

Two of his technicians came out to help with an outlet/breaker issue we were having.  They conferred with Todd prior to finalizing the fix.  Price was reasonable, and I feel more comfortable with them compared to our past electrician (who decided to move on to roofing!).  

I will use again, if needed.

Did a good job installing my 14-50 outlet. Put it right in the spot that I asked, but I didn't realize until after they left that where I was hoping to put it was not on a stud so the outlet isn't as secured as I would hope. (3 stars) They didn't cut up my walls more than they had too and tried to leave the drywall in pieces clean enough to patch back up so I appreciate the extra care there. (+1 star) I would have loved if they would have come back to me when doing the work and told me hey you know where you told us to put it isn't on a stud, can we move it over 4 inches to have it secured that proactive step would have moved the rating up to 5 stars in my book.

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. I had an old fluorescent light fixture in the kitchen and it needed a new ballast.  I called a friend-of-a-friend, but he stood us up.  So we left for vacation with wires hanging from our ceiling.  When we returned, I searched Yelp to get some referrals and found Arrow Electric. Alex was the technician who came to work on the lights.  I really hated the idea of putting up an outdated fluorescent fixture again, so we asked for his opinion & a quote to put in recessed lights instead.  The quote was great, so we agreed to go with the new lights.  Alex came back a couple of hours later to install 3 LED lights.  He was awesome!  He worked quickly.  He explained why he thought the LED lights were the best solution, and that we wouldn't need to replace them for 15-20 years.  And they were low on energy.  Within an hour, Alex had installed the 3 lights, and cleaned up the floor.  From now on, I will only call Arrow Electric!!  Hopefully, we can have the lights in both bathrooms to be changed out also.  Awesome job!
