Prompt responses, amazing communication. Before they tech came out they sent a text with description of Brad Chapman our technician including a little about his background and interests. When he arrived he was calm and respectful and even went so far as to put shoe covers on his shoes as he came in and out of the house. Even though we couldn't justify the expense of running a 220 line from our circuit box in our garage to our kitchen ( on the other side of our 2 story house)  - we wanted to install a duel fuel stove,  we definitely will seek out TopTech Electric for any other electric and circuitry needs that may crop up!

They do what they say they're going to do. We liked Noah, who did a great job. Expensive, but they tell you up front and guarantee their work.

We had an electrical outlet added in our bathroom today.  The electrician was on time, friendly, and have us a great price.  Everything was installed quickly!  Highly recommend them!

Morgan signed off on some electrical work by my builder that the builder failed to pull a permit for.  The city wouldn't grant a permit without this. I ended up having issues with outlets. I called Morgan and they showed up fast and figured out the issues. They stand by their word. That's pretty rare nowadays. The will be my go to electricians going forward.

What an amazing experience.  We had an old electrical panel from the 80s that we wanted to replace when we were switching from an overhead line to an underground line, and we wanted a back up plug for a generator to plug into in case we get a blackout again..  When I saw Gabe's reviews, I contacted him.  He was much more competitive on pricing than some of the big name advertisers you hear on the radio that I had out.  These are the ones that offer financing over 10 years to make the payment look very low, but are more expensive than a really competent and licensed contractor like Gabe.

Gabe came out and gave me a quote right away.  He was patient with me while I dug the trench and dealt with the electric company on the overhead wire (I chose to do this part since I figured I could do it since it was not technical).  He was always respectful and always communicated his planned arrival.

The final result was a beautifully wired panel that is up to code and passed all of the city inspections.  Gabe is my go to electrician if I ever have any issues from now on.

We hired Charlie Brown to run some network cabling (Cat 5e cable) for our business LAN and verify that some prior electrical work was done correctly. The 2-man team showed up on time (actually early) and got the job done efficiently and neatly (even with navigating vaulted ceilings). The fee was reasonable and turned out to be less that the quoted estimate. Charlie Brown, the owner came in towards the end to verify the networking and check the existing electrical I wanted verified. I like that they have a local storefront in our community and that Charlie is a licensed electrician as well as networking specialist. We'll look to them for future electrical, networking or media needs.

Team Enoch  (Armando) was very responsive and professional.  They walked me through the whole process and showed up on time and completed the project.  They installed an interlock kit as well as running new lines.  Thank you.

My project was originally to install a Tesla Wall Charger.  After consulting with Jason, he I should get a NEMA 14-50 installed and purchase a second Tesla mobile charger.  This was a much cheaper option with close to the same charge performance of a wall charger.  When the electrician arrived, he stated I did not have enough open fuse slots to complete the NEMA 14-50 install.  Then their master electrician provided an alternate solution which did not require a secondary fuse box and completed the install of the NEMA 14-50 plug. On top of that, they installed a wire hook to wrap my mobile charger cord on!  What could have been a disappointing project costing me thousands turned out to be the best contractor experience ever!  Would highly recommend them!

Can I say I love my electrician and helper Luis?  Indeed I can!  We called on Dan to come out to initially address some code issues we had since we were getting ready to sell our home.  We knew we had a nasty, dangerous, old breaker box but really didn't want to invest any more money into this home.  Dan and Luis addressed numerous issues we had with our code issues in a very timely manner. (GFCI outlets)  Dan also looked at our breaker box and agreed our two breaker boxes we had were needing a major overhaul.  He provided us with a reasonable estimate and we agreed to combine the two breaker boxes into one (originally with 100 amp panel to a spacious 200 amp panel) Can I say we now have a beautiful breaker box?  Of course I can!  It is very gorgeous.  They did a fabulous job with very little down time with our electrical usage.  Dan has a great working relationship with the City of Arlington and Oncor to get us up and running in no time flat.  Please call on Dan for your electrical needs as he is very honest, courteous, meticulous. and concerned in doing a great job for you.  I have to say too Luis is a very great helper as well showing very much respect and detail to the job he was presented with.  So thankful we hired AES for our job.  Thank you both so very much. Electric outlet and pool often get  tripped and without asking any question about problem to understand he shoot up 1100$ estimate to change pool lights.
When I asked you didn't ask any reason, then told me I didn't give free estimate on phone.

I got several quotes for work to be done and they were the most reasonable. The estimate was not overall the lowest but I appreciated the owner coming personally and being on time and willing to come out on short notice.
He provided helpful suggestions when we were unsure of what we wanted.
His two-man crew of DJ and Jerry were awesome.
They were onsite from 9-5 and knocked out all the items we identified.
We ended up getting some additional things done that were not on the original quote and the job supervisor was great with accommodating our add-ons and revising our invoice.
Overall, we were really pleased with the professionalism and value.

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. Do not use this company. They are gouging prices. I found a plumber who would just repair my water heater.

They tried to charge $3000 dollars and came with a water heater thinking I would finance it. Absolutely not!
