Kevin did an outstanding job. I had to wire up a barn with a light and two outlets way out in the country. Kevin drove a long way (outside of his normal service area) to make it happen. I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. Nathan from CTX plumbing did an outstanding job trouble shooting and repairing my water heater. He was even able to work with the manufacturer to handle the part needed since was still under warranty.
Call these guys, honesty and good work at a fair price.

They've helped my mom on two occasions and myself multiple times and they always come through. Plumbing leak, drainage on two properties for her and for me they've built a gate, repainted my bathroom, serviced my interior A/C on a hot summer day, changed out my thermostat to a new Nest and moved my outside A/C unit around the side of the house out of my earshot and view. I'll keep using them for all my projects.

I've used a couple other AC companies in the past and never felt completely comfortable.  A friend used Big Bear and had nothing but great things to say, so I called them about replacing my furnace.  Diel, the owner, came out to my home to look at my system and give me a quote. This guy is very professional and super nice.  He was involved in every step of the process. When his crew installed my new unit, he showed up to make sure everything was going smoothly.  There is something to be said for dealing with the same person though out the process.  The two women I spoke with on the phone to schedule appointments and make payment arrangements couldn't have been nicer.  They know what's going on and have great customer service skills.  I highly recommend this family owned business to anyone in need of AC or heating service.  It's nice to know that there are still honest people out there who treat customers well.

I highly recommend Epical Electric.  Jack B. and his crew were on time and worked efficiently.  He explained the work they were doing and his pricing was very reasonable.  I asked for extra work while they were there and they handled it quickly.  His crew was professional and cleaned up after completing their work.

Every person is 100% commission sales based. They will lie to you and up sale everything. Their training is it's okay to lie to the customer to get a sale. It's just a shame to have no integrity.

Rebecca was EXTREMELY short and RUDE to me! Cut me off on the phone and didn't even allow me to talk really. NO WONDER YOU ALL ONLY HAVE 1 1/2 stars. Get a clue people. Hire quality people.

Paid the $99 initial fee after there was damage to pool pump.  Technician said, no issues with wiring, need to call pool guys to come out.     Pool guys replaced filter and called Milestone back who did another assessment for $263.99.

After digging 5-8 inches into the ground, they said the wiring needs to be replaced and provided quotes to repair.

After looking at the lousy quotes ranging from $7500-$8000, which lacked detail, I called Milestone and waited for the tech to call me back so I could decipher his quotes.

After talking to the tech, it was clear this did not cover everything , including tearing up a pool deck, repouring it, etc.

The electrician was very junior and lacked any real skill.

I called another electrician and solved the problem by spending $500 on wiring and conduit and fixed it ourself in 5 hours.

Including photos as well so Milestone does not try to claim any inaccuracy..  

Stay away from this company.   Pathetic at best.
