TopTech was nothing but professional, courteous, and effective at scheduling, communication and complex troubleshooting. Absolute professionals- they had to do a complex installation for me, and they were able to resolve the challenges associated with various code requirements, ordering the CORRECT components the first time (love them for that) etc. They delivered, and made me happy. I am rating them 4 out of 5, simply because their costs are fairly high (they quoted me an exorbitant $ to only swap out a ceiling fan at a 15' height indoors, which I declined outside of the original job they were at my home for).

I chose them anyhow because of their quality of service, warranty, and the expert electrician staff. Would use again despite the higher cost- but be sure to understand the work you're doing clearly so you can work with them effectively from a cost perspective. Know what you can do yourself safely, and what you realize is best to pay a licensed/insured professional to accomplish- which will save you that heartache in the long run in case of a bad DIY job!

The lights and sockets stopped working in our master in our old home (in the middle of the holidays... 2020 am I right?) We contacted 24-7 and they were at our house the next day. Before the electrician arrived, I received a text with his picture with a link that contained an about me section and all of his reviews and recommendations. I was already impressed. When Cody arrived, he had our electricity working within a matter of minutes. He made some very helpful suggestions that we will follow up on in the near future when upgrading our home. We received a generous Veterans discount which is always a solid selling point!

We needed our hot water heater wired and already paid one electrician that did it wrong. In a desperate attempt to find someone good on Saturday night I looked on Yelp. He responded to my yelp message within 30 mins and showed up at my house Sunday morning. He fixed every fast and at a good price. I thought since it was Sunday morning it would be double but not at all. I definitely found my new electrician!!!

My normal electric company had a bit of a blip in customer service, so I called this company to have them change out a 240 electric stove outlet to a standard so that my gas stove could have a plug. The guys were done in about an hour, which is what was promised and quoted. Very nice and friendly, cleaned up nicely after the work, and explained what I needed to know. The owner let me send a pic to ensure they had the right parts on the truck and not have to deal with a higher bill if the breaker wasn't right, which made the pricing more accurate. Very happy and good price.

I highly recommend Team Enoch! As part of our spring HVAC maintenance with another company, a leak was identified in our evaporator coil. We received quotes and feedback from multiple companies. Not only was Team Enoch very competitive on price, but their responsiveness and service quality/guarantees were topnotch. Special thanks to Cameron who was a great partner in this project. Too often home service needs are met with overly aggressive pricing and lack of customer care - the opposite is true of Team Enoch. We will seek to work with them on future projects.

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. I had Tioga out to my house a few months back to do some plumbing.  They we're great!

I needed some electrical work done.  They were supposed to come on Thursday to give me a bid.  The tech got caught up in a job that took longer than expected so I got pushed to Friday.  Friday morning came and went.  I called and was told that due to on demand scheduling they would be out to see me later in the afternoon.  

So at almost 2 pm on Friday afternoon, I got the call that the tech was on his way.  I voiced my frustration to the lady but she gave my the company line that this was on-demand scheduling and I was free to go about my day and they would gladly give me a 30-minute advanced notice.

I obviously don't understand how on-demand scheduling works but I am ok with that.  From my perspective,  as a customer that was supposed to be helped on Thursday, I should have been helped first thing Friday morning.

Kevin was very helpful!!  This is the company to call.  He was honest and very thorough with explaining what was wrong with our upstairs unit.  He could've gone ahead and done more expensive work, but he suggested going basic first and seeing if that would fix our problem.  Thank you Kevin for showing that there are still great people left in your industry!  Will definitely refer everyone we know!

I needed some work done with my New She Shed!And I called All In One Electric & Mr Larry Answered the phone within 2 rings! I was shocked,being i had called several other's and i am just getting called back!This was on 6/11/19 and i called All In One 6/12/19 and I told him what i needed and i sent some picture's which is a great idea on his part because i always forget what my husband want's,Well Mr.Larry told me exactly how much it would be and when it could be done which was perfect! It's like he knew the date i was going to suggest,He told me the dtd/time and sure enough no problems at all! He let me know he was here and I liked his  punctuality,He and his son Logan came the 2 nicest guy's ever! They got busy asap & Cleaned up after and believe me i have had to go clean after some guy's i have hired over to do work,I will definitely  call them back if i need them which being a homeowner there is always something going on! Lack of integrity. Red Dodge came and charged another $80 for flipping the switch the circuit breaker on and off and changing a light bulb. The service/trouble-shoot charge to come out was $65. He took advantage of an oversight and misstep on me and my husband. Overall, we paid $145 for 20 mins of trouble-shooting. My husband made the comment after he questioned the additional $80 that's a quick $150 in 20 mins. These type of experiences make you difficult to trust those automatic call charges.
Keep clear of Red Dodge.
