I had three different companies came for estimate and gave me potential solutions. Andy from 308 gave me the simplest and cheapest solution. The other guys either tried to intimidate me and then upsell a crazy job or just did not want to do this.

I was concerned that my existing wire would not work on the devices. Andy and technician Jim assured me my wires are completely safe and would not cause a fire. The other company came to tell me that sooner or later my house would catch on fires and it would cost 50k to replace those wires behind the walls because we need to basically tear the drywall apart. Andy did all the research for me and installed an extra fuse just to make me comfortable

I would not hesitate to call them on any electrical problem. These guys know how to do business with honesty and integrity.

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. Had a handful of electrical tasks/project that piled up around the house. Got a quick response from CTX with a very reasonable price. Tech arrived ontime and was very professional. CTX did a fantastic job on all the tasks: two ceiling fans, couple of switches, and a broken exterior light. Will DEFINITELY be using them for future electrical and likely plumbing needs.

This company does great work. Have used Circle E on numerous occasions for my commercial properties. They have always done a great job at a fair price.

I had my units serviced by this company after moving into my home less than a year at which point I had a complete inspection done on AC. I wanted to make sure it was ready for Summer. The technician serviced both units and said everything checked out great. around 3 weeks later I woke up on Mothers Day to find my ceiling wet and water dripping from a clogged AC line. I contacted the company and was told the original tech didn't work there and they'd send someone out. Once the new technician came he said in fact I had a clogged line, I asked him if it was checked on the previous service call and he said it's part of the inspection but wasn't noted on the form and only the other AC unit was noted the line wasn't clogged. I reached out to the manager and he basically said it wasn't their fault and took NO accountability for it. They said since they didn't install the unit it wasn't their fault and charged me $280 To clear the line!! I tried to reach out again and left a message for the customer service manager and no response. Now I have a damaged ceiling and thought I did everything to prevent this and still have to pay. would NOT recommend this company AT ALL.

Full transparency, we ended up going with a different company due to needing a same-day appointment, BUT the customer service at Milestone is incredible. Dylan really meant it when he said if you need anything, call back and ask for me. He left something else he was doing to answer when I called back, and he was so friendly and helpful. He wasn't reading off a script, so I felt like I could ask questions and actually have them answered. Very grateful to have had this good experience even in the middle of a plumbing issue!!

Henry's Service All/AC/Plumbing is an excellent all around company to have any work done with. They have done the repair work on one of our HVAC units as well as replacing another, ridding us of our leaks from both the previous unit and the other that simply needed repair. Their representative Tran has also been by three times since the repair for the free check-ups following installation and work completed to make sure all as well.
