Best Electric Furnace Repair in Fort Worth TX

Do not waste your time with this company. Absolutely awful. Their poor installation nearly burned my house down. I've been trying to get the one service I had done over 6 months ago completed properly. I requested they install an electric hybrid water heater. The tech showed up with a gas water heater. Left and returned after a few hours with a standard electric water hear (still not what I discussed extensively with him or the rep).
The tech did not want to return to get the correct heater (again) so he had the rep call and convince me to keep the incorrect one at a discounted price. Frustrated and wanting the whole thing over with, I agreed. Fast forward 5 months and the water heater stops working. I called Enoch and they sent someone to check it out. (The rep on the phone thought I had the hybrid one which just added to their obvious lack of organization)
Tech comes out and checks the water heater and claims there is nothing wrong with it and we needed to have an electrician replace its breaker.
We have an electrician replace the breaker and before he could leave, it blew again. Electrician goes to check the water heater and finds it completely fried. Obviously not fine as Enoch claimed. The way they installed the water heater was so sloppy, it was constantly sparking metal on metal. The electrician was shocked we hadn't had a fire burst out.
Enoch tech comes back and replaces the burnt parts inside of the water heater but leaves all of the wires out and completely exposed. Tech claims we need to have the electrical line extended to connect it properly. Why would they have installed it this way in the first place then? I keep trying to work with the rep at Enoch for them to send out an electrician to finish the job but they refuse to take any responsibility. I don't know how a business thinks they can improperly install a product, nearly burn a house down then turn to the customer and tell them it's their fault. Absolute trash company.
Oh and to top it all off, before I knew how awful at their jobs they are, I requested other types of work multiple times and never had any follow up.

This is the 2nd time we have called Texas Star Services and we definitely recommend them. He has been super quick to reply both times we called and has shown up within a few hours each time!  He fixed both issues quickly (one was an electrical issue in the main living area, the other was a faulty garage door), he explains what he did to fix the issues, and he is super friendly!  Don't hesitate to call Texas Star Services!

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. Two thing that are my favorite part about any business, the owner goes into the field and doesn't try to offer services or parts I don't need. Dave came out, answered all my questions, and fixed my electrical problem the most efficient way possible. I would recommend this business!

Still the best and trustworthy A/C and Heating contractor. Serviceman Brien is great at what he does and didn't take long to find the problem. Brian like EZ (Ezekiel) were a great find for Big Bear and both are very professional and knowledgeable. I will recommend them to anyone needing service or repair.  THANKS

The technician showed even earlier than I was told(which was awesome because we were in a time crunch).  They fixed the problem quickly, cleaned up the work area, explained what all they had repaired and did so at a very reasonable cost.  We will certainly be using this company again and recommending them to anyone that needs a dependable electrician.

Wow, I just put in a request last night and was able to get them to come the next morning. Not only did Luis give me a decent estimate to add two outlets in my house, but he was able to complete the job right away as well. He said we very kind and knowledgeable. He left with no mess to clean too. :) I will be using his services going forward.

Where to start.  This company was the first one I called out of several that actually answered the phone.  I told Michael what I was wanting to have done and he meet me that evening when I got home from work to give an estimate. The job was scheduled and on that day two Bruton Electric vans showed up with 3 guys and the work was completed in the timeframe discussed.  Had up lights installed in 3 areas of the front of the house, two electric runs to our trees in the yard, back yard house lights installed, photo sensor installed and several new switches to run all of the new lights features.  Nothing was half done, rigged or not discussed.  Very professional, cleaned up after themselves and follow up with us in the coming days. This company comes to you extremely highly recommended.

We the service tech showed up to my home as scheduled. He troubleshot my tanlkess water heater and said it was shot. It would have to be replaced. The cost was $8400 for your unit. The warranty company was not going to pay for it. The tech did say they had financing if I wanted to get it fixed. So I waited and called another company the tech came out and said their unit was 1200.00! But he troubleshot and found two valves leaking. He replaced them in an hour and we havent had any issues. The problem that I have now with your company is that your business practices are unethical and suspect! During these times you decided to price gouge at this opportunity to help the community. I don't understand why it was such a huge difference in the work being done! I will be reporting you to the BBB and the state attorneys office. Thank you and have a great day!!
