Best Electric Furnace Installation in Fort Worth TX

They have good customer service and the technician was professional. My only issue was one of the problems was determined to be a result of a faulty dimmer switch, but the technician said he didnt have one on is truck, which struck me as odd, as this would seemingly be a common occurance for an electrician. He did offer to go to Home Depot and get on, but indicated the clock would still run, which meant I would be paying anywhere from $40-$70 for a $3 part. The other thing was I was told there was nothing wrong with the switch in one of the guest bedrooms that were having the same problems. So he didnt fix. I ended up paying $90 and having to fix both myself. Like I mentioned previously, both the guy I spoke with on phone were very courteous and professional and I would probably use them again, but would ask about more detailed questions.

UPDATE: I was contacted by the owner who explained why they might not have a needed part, which made sense once it was explained to me. I really appreciated him taking the time out to explain (most wouldnt have even bothered). This is another example of their excellant customer service.

Kevin from Texas Star Service filled both of our ac units with freon and took the time to explain all the details of the tune up and the amount of lbs of the R22 he added. I have dealt with shady techs before and my family will only trust Kevin to service our units, he's very honest and patient.

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. If you're looking for good service, competitive prices, and knowledgable techs, this is the company for you!  Our upstairs unit stopped cooling on Thursday night, called Friday afternoon and they were at our home Saturday morning.  The company who put our units in (when it was built in 2006) and have done our yearly maintenance couldn't come out till the next week.  Thankfully it was an easy and fairly inexpensive fix.  We will definitely be switching to them for our maintenance and care! Needed a meter base replaced due to a storm.  Was willing to pay a premium to get it done.  I figured 2500 would be high but I would go with it to get me tenant back in working order.  Long sent an estimate for 3900 and said that it would have to be paid in full prior to the job being started.  I have never heard of such nonsense.  I ended up using BakerBrothers.  Job was completed in one day at $1500.  Less than half the price of Long Electric.  The did not ask for a final payment until the job was passed via the city.  Beware of LONG HEAT AND AIR.  Go with BakerBrothers or anyone else.

Wow, I just put in a request last night and was able to get them to come the next morning. Not only did Luis give me a decent estimate to add two outlets in my house, but he was able to complete the job right away as well. He said we very kind and knowledgeable. He left with no mess to clean too. :) I will be using his services going forward.

Where to start.  This company was the first one I called out of several that actually answered the phone.  I told Michael what I was wanting to have done and he meet me that evening when I got home from work to give an estimate. The job was scheduled and on that day two Bruton Electric vans showed up with 3 guys and the work was completed in the timeframe discussed.  Had up lights installed in 3 areas of the front of the house, two electric runs to our trees in the yard, back yard house lights installed, photo sensor installed and several new switches to run all of the new lights features.  Nothing was half done, rigged or not discussed.  Very professional, cleaned up after themselves and follow up with us in the coming days. This company comes to you extremely highly recommended.

I called COMFORT EXPERTS INC ac services and they sent some one to my house first I tried to buy the capacitor at Home Depot and Lowes they were out of the one I needed I tried on line and found several but it took 3 days delivery and I couldn't wait because of the extreme heat the capacitor is 36 dollars they charged me 430 dollars for the part and 99 dollars for labor technician was here no more than 10 minutes it was an out side job don't deal with this company they are taking advantage of people specially in these hard times they know you have no choice but to pay they sucker you with 99 dollars service call but they rip you off  with the part prices they are not an honest business .
