I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. We are first time home owners and had a long list from our inspection report. Electrician On Call was quick to respond (in fact the only ones able to schedule us right away). They were wonderful at communicating from beginning to end of services. The electrician wore shoe coverings in our home as we went through our list together. He was informative and even told us things that we didn't need to worry about! I got an electronic estimate and was able to pay online once services were complete. We'll be using their services for our annual tune ups from now on!

Had a water heater tank leak, they were prompt and were able to accommodate my appointment quickly, the technician came out and diagnosed the issue had us up and running the same day! Price was comparable , so because they were able to do it same day! He took time to explain and was very professional! Pretty happy with the service! Thank you!

Wow, I just put in a request last night and was able to get them to come the next morning. Not only did Luis give me a decent estimate to add two outlets in my house, but he was able to complete the job right away as well. He said we very kind and knowledgeable. He left with no mess to clean too. :) I will be using his services going forward.

I had my units serviced by this company after moving into my home less than a year at which point I had a complete inspection done on AC. I wanted to make sure it was ready for Summer. The technician serviced both units and said everything checked out great. around 3 weeks later I woke up on Mothers Day to find my ceiling wet and water dripping from a clogged AC line. I contacted the company and was told the original tech didn't work there and they'd send someone out. Once the new technician came he said in fact I had a clogged line, I asked him if it was checked on the previous service call and he said it's part of the inspection but wasn't noted on the form and only the other AC unit was noted the line wasn't clogged. I reached out to the manager and he basically said it wasn't their fault and took NO accountability for it. They said since they didn't install the unit it wasn't their fault and charged me $280 To clear the line!! I tried to reach out again and left a message for the customer service manager and no response. Now I have a damaged ceiling and thought I did everything to prevent this and still have to pay. would NOT recommend this company AT ALL.

Rebecca was EXTREMELY short and RUDE to me! Cut me off on the phone and didn't even allow me to talk really. NO WONDER YOU ALL ONLY HAVE 1 1/2 stars. Get a clue people. Hire quality people.

Paid the $99 initial fee after there was damage to pool pump.  Technician said, no issues with wiring, need to call pool guys to come out.     Pool guys replaced filter and called Milestone back who did another assessment for $263.99.

After digging 5-8 inches into the ground, they said the wiring needs to be replaced and provided quotes to repair.

After looking at the lousy quotes ranging from $7500-$8000, which lacked detail, I called Milestone and waited for the tech to call me back so I could decipher his quotes.

After talking to the tech, it was clear this did not cover everything , including tearing up a pool deck, repouring it, etc.

The electrician was very junior and lacked any real skill.

I called another electrician and solved the problem by spending $500 on wiring and conduit and fixed it ourself in 5 hours.

Including photos as well so Milestone does not try to claim any inaccuracy..  

Stay away from this company.   Pathetic at best.
