Shane came over to fix our electric wires to our water heater. It took him about 3 hours but he is really good at his job. If I ever have another electric problem I will definitely call him!

Very responsive business, great communication and a job well done. I talked to 5 electrician companies and this company was the best during the quote process. The job itself was not discounted but I think the price was fair and they did an excellent job-within the quote they gave me. Would use them again for sure.

Turner Electric is always my go-to for electrical work. They are knowledgeable and professional, and they have a great vision for lighting design in any part of your home, inside or outside. My home feels more inviting at night with the exterior lighting, and is more energy efficient with the updates inside as well. I wish I could give Cody and his assistant more than 5 stars because my experience was so positive! They called 30mins ahead of time to confirm my appointment. I was running a little late and asked if they could come 15mins later and they were very understanding. They showed up promptly at agreed upon time. They were polite and knowledgeable. They were able to diagnose and fix problem very quickly. Pricing was very reasonable. I was BLOWN away by their transparency and integrity with regards to pricing of parts. I recommend this company without reservation. I wish ALL  businesses operated with such stellar customer service and integrity.

I rarely give 5 stars anymore. Doug deserves 10. When I say he was God sent, that is the truth. I needed an honest, reliable and heaven sent vendor today. Long story short, prayers answered. Beyond being one of the nicest people I have met in a long time, he was so incredibly kind & generous.

I reached out last night for a breaker issue. He responded first thing this morning, made time for me in his schedule to come and look at my issue without a cost.

He gave me an honest assessment of my issue, told me what next steps would help in the event that I have another power surge and he fixed my outlet box.

To top this off, he saw an issue with my electrical box outside and stayed with me while I called Oncor to fix it. I am blessed to have found him. If you need an electrician, look no further.

He has those 5 stars for a reason. I have him on speed dial and my search for an electrician is over.

Contracted to get a Tesla charger installed and troubleshoot some other electrical issues. Was quoted a set price for the charger install and a hourly rate for the troubleshooting. At the end of the day, was told that there was some additional charge for materials for the install. Additionally, paid for about 3 hours of troubleshooting with no true results. One regular outlet changed out and one GFI outlet changed out. Technician left us with pretty much the same list of things we need fixed as what we had asked to get fixed. Will not be using HR for these repairs. Just wish they were more upfront with cost. I don't need another surprise bill.

Got a 220V wall outlet for Tesla charging from these guys and they were awesome. We had to pull wires from the panel in one garage into the other where I would park the car. James and Terry were very thorough and did a great job. I found them on the Tesla recommended list of electricians in our area.

Best of all, their prices were the most reasonable, almost a third of what the others quoted for a similar job. They took care of all the city permits as well.  

I would hire them again for any other electrical needs at my house.

This is the 2nd time we have called Texas Star Services and we definitely recommend them. He has been super quick to reply both times we called and has shown up within a few hours each time!  He fixed both issues quickly (one was an electrical issue in the main living area, the other was a faulty garage door), he explains what he did to fix the issues, and he is super friendly!  Don't hesitate to call Texas Star Services!

Dan and his partner were very professional and easy going to work with. They responded fast and were quick and on time for the scheduled appointment. He even took the time to fix an additional concern instead of having to make another appointment. I would recommend and use them again if needed.

My pantry ceiling lights stopped working and my trustworthy handyman thought it was likely a blown fuse or wiring issue, so I requested quotes from several electricians via Yelp and included some helpful photos. All In One Electric stood out specifically as a company I would not do business with our recommend to others, because of its aggressive attempt to overcharge me for something I didn't need and rude communication:

All In One: Repair of lights alone is $575. 4 breakers will need to be changed out in order to make this work The cost of those breakers is included in pricing

Me: How do you know that without looking at it? Why' wouldn't it be just one breaker?

All In One: Because that's what I've doing for a living for over 40 years
You showed me the picture and that's how I know what to do. You currently have no open spaces in your breaker box without replacing breakers to a different style in order to add additional spaces

Ultimately, with help from someone who is not an electrician - but knowledgeable about it - I was able to trouble shoot the issue for zero cost. There was no need to install any breakers at all, let alone 4 for $575 - despite All in One's insistence, which was contrary to all other electricians communicated with.

UPDATE BASED ON RESPONSE FROM OWNER: the whole home surge protector was quoted separately. Based on your 40 years of experience, why would the light repair cost $575? What specifically goes into that quote?

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. I would definitely recommend Paschal Air and will use them again in the future. Thanks, James and Pascal Air for a job well done!

I am super impressed by Sy and his outstanding customer service. I had a service issue and I'm happy to tell you that he went above and beyond to insure my complete satisfaction with the glass replacement of my front door. When I placed the initial call early Friday morning, they were able to slide me into the schedule and secure the door so there was at least peace of mind and when they couldn't get back when they said, Sy personally called me and made things right.

I'm thoroughly impressed!!! Thank you Sy! You're a stand up guy!!

Class act! Just had my entire house remodeled and put back together. I needed under and above cabinet lighting. I contacted Natasha at Light it Up and her team came out, did the work on time...and most importantly, I didn't have to clean my house after they left! These guys are awesome! Always able to come out right away, they get the job done quickly and are super easy to communicate with. They've made the process of moving into our new house so much easier!

I had an old fluorescent light fixture in the kitchen and it needed a new ballast.  I called a friend-of-a-friend, but he stood us up.  So we left for vacation with wires hanging from our ceiling.  When we returned, I searched Yelp to get some referrals and found Arrow Electric. Alex was the technician who came to work on the lights.  I really hated the idea of putting up an outdated fluorescent fixture again, so we asked for his opinion & a quote to put in recessed lights instead.  The quote was great, so we agreed to go with the new lights.  Alex came back a couple of hours later to install 3 LED lights.  He was awesome!  He worked quickly.  He explained why he thought the LED lights were the best solution, and that we wouldn't need to replace them for 15-20 years.  And they were low on energy.  Within an hour, Alex had installed the 3 lights, and cleaned up the floor.  From now on, I will only call Arrow Electric!!  Hopefully, we can have the lights in both bathrooms to be changed out also.  Awesome job!
