I recently had the pleasure of working with T2 Electric, a family-owned electrician company and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I've had with a service provider. From start to finish, this company was a joy to work with.

First off, the communication was excellent. Tyler, the person who answered my initial call was friendly and knowledgeable, and they were able to schedule a visit for me within just a few days. When the electrician arrived at my home, they were punctual and professional, taking the time to explain everything they were doing and answering any questions I had.

The quality of the work was top-notch. The electrician was clearly very experienced and knew exactly what they were doing. They were efficient and thorough, and they took care to clean up after themselves once the job was done.

But what really stood out to me was the level of customer service. This is a family-owned company, and you can really tell that they care about their customers. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the work they did, and they even followed up with me a few days later to make sure everything was still working properly.

Overall, I can't recommend this family-owned electrician company highly enough. They were professional, friendly, and provided excellent service. I will definitely be using them again for all of my future real estate investments.

We thought our house was haunted. Lights and appliances only worked when they chose to. Called Tom for an inspection. He reviewed the control panel, all outlets and switches.  He gave us a quick and prompt estimate at a very reasonable cost. Tom showed up on time. Worked quickly without leaving a mess. No surprise charges and offered assurances on his work. Now switches and appliance work when we choose. I highly recommend Raceway. Affordable and professional service is what you'll receive.

In New Year's Eve, Dec 2022, I had a room in the basement completely go out. I tripled checked all the CFI's in the house and could not figure out why that basement bedroom went out. I was at my wits end because that's my daughters room. I called The Electricians that morning and they had an open spot for noon. After an hour of investigation, Chris figured it out and replaced the intermittent outlet. I'm so thankful they had a slot open the same day I called and that day was New Year's Eve. Chris was extremely professional and very assisting to my comments and questions. I highly recommend The Electricians, they're AWESOME!!!

Kevin reviewed a couple videos of my malfunctioning washer. I did appreciate his honesty and integrity when he told me that it may not be cost effective for me to try to get it fixed. Maybe he did not get to make $ fixing my washer, but he definitely made me feel confident that he is a good business person and cares about his customers. I will definitely call him if any of my appliances gives me issues again.

Where to even begin. from the very beginning that I reached out, the sweet office manager Dana over at the office connected us with owner, Chris. Chris made the process so easy going. He was always very responsive and easy to reach. He made our vision come true. We had lots of work at our new home we purchased that was not up to code. Chris did an outstanding job getting everything corrected properly. he got everything done in time for our house to be able to continue renovations. Him and his team were all very professional, meticulous, detail oriented and I couldn't thank them enough for one making our home a safe place and two making our vision come to life! We love love our dimmed canned lights all over our house and the under cabinet lights in our kitchen and island! Thank you Amp City for an outstanding job! Wow!!!  So glad I used Yelp and found this recommendation!  Adam from Lightning Electric was a fantastic electrician.  He installed new electrical and fandelier in my bedroom.  Friendly, efficient and very reasonable.  I most definitely would use him again!
