I joined their family plan which includes 2 ac/heating check up a year. The last 2 checkups were performed by 2 different techs, each of whom presented me with a list of recommended improvements. The 2 lists were entirely different. It appears that checkups are just an opportunity to sell unneeded modifications. The tech were very high pressure. Not appreciated. My house is 3 years old.

They also promote the concept that family plan members get preferential treatment. They say they provide 24 hour emergency service, yet when I was in need of help with a plumbing emergency, a phone call answering service recording received my call and my call was never returned.

Had Milestone come and fix a broken closet light.  They were on time and helpful with questions about lighting issues throughout the house.  Defintely would use them for any electric issues in my house again.
