These guys are a standout team. The circuit breaker for our family room would not reset and I needed a quick fix to get our internet back up. I called 308 and Sissy answered, took my number, and said she'd see if she had anyone available to help this afternoon. She called back about five minutes later and said she had a technician who could be there in 30 minutes. She gave me the pricing up front and gave me a quote for the estimated parts needed. The price seemed frankly better than I expected.

Sure enough, 30 minutes later, Ryan was at the door. He replaced our breaker and then tested it and saw that the problem wasn't fixed. He then quickly went through the affected outlets, found the problem, and fixed it. All-in, they had my house back online literally 90 minutes after I called them.

THEN, I had mentioned to Sissy that I had a non-functioning floodlight and could the technician take a look and maybe give a repair estimate while he was here, recognizing that he would likely be between scheduled jobs due to the short notice. Instead, when Ryan got here, he hopped up on a ladder, took down the floodlight, and diagnosed and repaired it on the spot. Incredible. By the way, that 90 minutes I referenced above included the time for this second repair.

And the pricing was transparent and reasonable! The breaker cost less than the original estimate. 308 has set a new benchmark for customer service for me. They have more than earned all of my future business.

I can't recommend CTX highly enough. After a slight mixup, Austin and Adam really came through and did a great install of our home filtration system. Their professionalism really shines through in the way the way the tackle problems and handle customers. I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. Beware Beware Beware!!!!!!   I rarely write reviews but I could not keep silent on this one.

Called Baker Brothers after the water in the house started running luke warm/cold.  The tech came in, barely looked at the units and advised that both water heaters had gone bad...at the same time...and needed to be replaced...for the bargain price of $2098.00!!! When I questioned the probability of both units going out suddenly, at the same time, he said it happens.  He also said that it could possibly be the heat elements but by the time he drained the tanks and replaced the elements, it would cost the same as replacing the entire units, so he advised again on replacement.  The entire scene was questionable at best, so  I thanked him for his time and sent him on his way.

The next day we went to Home Depot,  bought a high end heater element for $17.38, and followed the instruction of the very knowledgable sales clerk in the plumbing dept.  We went home, drained the tanks, replaced the element and had hot water within a couple hours.

Shame on you Baker Brothers for taking advantage of the public!!!

They did some electrical and plumbing work somewhat extensive,
I question their estimate process as they have different quotes
from different employees.  I think they are told to get as much as
as the customer will agree to. The work was subpar.
