These guys are awesome.  I requested a quote to put up a Tesla wall connector.  I asked for a quote late Wednesday afternoon.  My wall connector was installed less than 48 hours later.  They provided me with a  quote and an online site to accept the quote.  I was invoiced and was able to pay w/ the push of a button.  Just a very professional outfit.  It's nice when you leave the work to someone else and they just know what to do and they do it right.  That's no so common any more.  Would recommend ABR to anyone!

My experience was the best service experience I may have ever had. From the first call to schedule the work to work complete, top notch. Jose, Trey and Russell conducted themselves with the utmost professionalism. I had an old panel removed, a new panel installed, several code required upgrades completed due to the new panel installation, all old switches and outlets removed and replaced, removed old fans/light fixtures as well as many new lights wired and installed. They were, professional, kind, focused, informative, and fast. They did excellent work. There was great communication from the team. I knew I was in great hands. Very impressed. Ok so talk about being skeptical on Yelp from others review BUT LET ME TELL YOU !! These guys are the REAL DEAL top notch professionals and KNOW what they are doing.  They were respectfully timely, kept a clean workspace, kept me informed, was paced to complete the job timely and charged me beyond FAIRLY!!   I was comfortable with them coming out during Covid as they were all masked up.  On top of this all it was last minute and consideration was given to me due to my broken foot. Thank you 308 So much for meeting beyond my needs.

We called to have our Electric Panel Inspected for safety, after a house fire in our area. Kevin showed up and thoroughly explained everything he was looking for to ensure it was safe. We  were willing to have the sheet rock ripped out to verify proper installation, and Kevin could have easily done so, and charged us. However, after removing the electric panel, and showing me what he looks for, he felt it was not necessary to do so. He saw no evidence that would warrant ripping the wall out. Again, even though he could have, and we would have happily paid for the peace of mind he gave us, he didn't do unnecessary work. He was extremely fair, and only charged us for the service call and his time. If you want an electrician who is thorough and provides service with honor and integrity, I would highly recommend Texas Star.

I heard what I thought was an electrical humming noise in my house and called Carroll Service. They were able to come out same day within a few hours of my call. The person I spoke to explained their service fees and they are very reasonable and fair. He even offered an online coupon to make the service call cheaper. It turns out my issue wasn't electrical, but the kind technician helped me figure out the source of the noise anyway and didn't charge me for his time. Highly recommend Carroll Service and will be calling them for all of my future electrician needs!
