Jason is knowledgeable, respectful and took extra time to come up with the best possible solution for the installation of our antique chandelier. Over 4 weeks ago I scheduled an appointment for 1:00 pm on June 23 to get an estimate for a home generator in Dublin and was told Glenn would call and confirm before the appointment.  At 12:26 pm Glenn called from Gahanna and left a voicemail asking if the appointment was still on.  I never got the message until 1:30 because I was on a conference call.  No one ever showed up for the appointment or followed up for the company.  I can only assume that business is so good they don't need to be bothered by a small $10,987.46 residential project.  I was here waiting for Glenn from Country-side who from my view was a no show.  I can't really rate them as a customer because they don't want or need my business.

Daniel came out to fix my breaker panel and he fixed it in less than ten minutes. Didn't even charge me. He was very prompt in both scheduling service and arriving for service. Will definitely be using him again in the future!
